Earlier Saint blamed Mr Smart for handing money over in the lead up to his death.It’s often said – on such police forums – that 95% of crime is done by 5% of the population.
He said: “Yeah it’s right I ripped him off but that’s not taking advantage of him. He shouldn’t have handed the money over, it’s not my fault is it. I took money from him. It was his fault for asking people he doesn’t know to get him skunk.”
It’s surely about time someone came up with a way of dealing with that 5%, isn’t it? Permanently…

Most towns and small cities would be virtually crime free and a lot safer if only 10 criminals were taken out of the equation.
