Georgia Marney, 18, of New Addington, smashed the window of a car and started brawling with Taryn Price, 20, kicking her mother Tracey in the head when she tried to separate them on October 5 last year.
The mother and daughter were visiting Taryn’s boyfriend Jason Stevens, who had lost his 17-year-old sister in a car accident in August.
And guess who’s awaiting trial for it?
The trio spotted Marney walking down Cudham Drive. She has been banned from the road pending a court case this year.
The women decided to leave and told Jason to return to the house.
But they couldn’t
just leave. Of course.
Tracey Price told Croydon Youth Court that as she was driving towards Marney she shouted at her out the window of her car.
She said: “I said ‘What the hell are you doing here, you are not supposed to be here’.
“I did call her a murderer, which I should not have done. She was shouting rubbish at us, f-ing and blinding.”
*sigh*
She said: “Taryn told me to lock the doors and call the police.
[Georgia] punched the window three times and on the third time it shattered.”
She said it cost £120 to fix the damage.
Taryn told magistrates she jumped out the car to protect her mother, whom she feared Marney would punch.
She said: “We grabbed each other’s hair and started fighting on the floor.”
Pure class!
Marney denied kicking Tracey Price, claiming she was attacked by the pair, and said she did not know how the car window got smashed.
Magistrates found Marney guilty of assault and damaging the car.
She is due to be sentenced in April.
Will that be before or after her
other trial comes up?

New Addington! That's just a bit of a larf for there. What a toilet the place is AND it is near CROYDON!
Different way of life.

May I say that it gives me quiet satisfaction to know that that we have produced the best underclass money can buy. Yes, it's cost billions over the years but, at least, we can be proud that we're still world-class in something. Your reports - which daily record the depths these British parasites plumb - make the trailer trash in the US and mock-traveller communities everywhere positively shine with good neighbourliness and traditional values in comparison.
Moreover, with the present government - much like the last one - continuing to reward (or, if not reward, failing to penalise in any way) the behaviour you record we can be sure that the money earned by the dwindling ranks of the taxpaying hard-working will be put to good use in expanding the ranks of our underclass and the public sector jobsworths who nurture them.
"Underclass" ???
"Untermensch" is nearer the mark ...
This probably only made the papers because of the 'road death murderer' angle.
Unfortunately these types of assaults and damage occur 24/7 in all towns and cities and they waste a lot of Police/Court time.
Would longer prison sentences(or any prison sentences) help? May be. All I can say is whatever the Judiciary/Courts have been doing for the last 10 years has not been working.
@Blue Knight - well if ken Clarke gets his way it is going to get a zillion times worse!
I Sadly suspect Umbongo is wrong and our underclass flableetes will win no medals in 2012. The French are better at it according to former colleagues still hanging on for their pensions.
I wonder if it was Geogia and Taryn scrapping outside my house last Tuesday morning? It certainly sounded like it which was unusual for my quiet neighbourhood nowhere near New Addington. These people get everywhere I suppose.
"Different way of life."
It really is...

'We're Number One!'
"This probably only made the papers because of the 'road death murderer' angle."
Yup! As Ranter points out, it's probably a daily occurrence.
"The French are better at it according to former colleagues still hanging on for their pensions."
When the French underclass riot, you can see the difference!
Georgia Marney - the acronym BOBFOC comes to mind.
