Oh, I Think She Has Another Card In Victimhood Poker…

The latest victim of a 21-year-old estate agent who has notched up a staggering 18 convictions for violence has spoken of his outrage after she was spared a jail sentence.
Hmmm...
Ronnie Lee was almost blinded by Yasmin Thomas ….
'Yasmin', eh? 'Rose' might have been a better moniker for this fragile flower of femininity, it has thorns...
… after she smashed a glass into his face in a vicious, unprovoked nightclub attack. Mr Lee, 24, needed stitches to patch up a deep gash just millimetres from his left eye following the assault in Bournemouth. Incredibly, it was Thomas' 18th conviction for assault - but despite her violent history she walked free from court after a judge handed her a suspended prison term.
Well, of course! But was it unprovoked?

Apparently, yes:
Mr Lee was with his friend Richard Evans at the Bar So nightclub in Bournemouth town centre in February when the pair were approached by Thomas and her friends. One of the women took Mr Evans' e-cigarette and threw it to the floor. Thomas, a stranger to the pair, picked it up and handed it to Mr Lee. She then said: "Are you not going to say thank you? Who do you think you are?" before lunging at him with a glass.
Lovely, eh?
Thomas, an estate agent at Palmer Snell in the Westbourne area of Bournemouth...
Surely, an 'ex-estate agent'..?
...pleaded guilty to ABH when she appeared at Bournemouth Crown Court. Judge John Harrow branded her criminal history "breathtaking" and described it as one of the worst he had ever seen of a woman her age. But despite that Thomas was not sent to jail, instead being handed a 12 month sentence suspended for two years and 80 hours of community service.
/facepalm

18 convictions at 21- seems like a bad seed to me. Some folk are irredeemable regardless of circumstance. Whether it is down to bad genes, environment, or both you know it is not going to end well.

I would like to know who'd give a job to this savage in the first place. People are suspicious enough of real estate agents anyway.

I agree with a suspended sentence though - provided that the phrase 'from a tree' is included.

What do you have to do to go to prison these days?

Oh yes, insult someone on Twitter. Thats much worse than an actual assault apparently

She can't be guilty as she isn't white!

No, she can't be guilty because she has a vagina.

Agreed.

It's a firm to avoid, that's for sure...

She's no longer working for Palmer Snell, as was announced by the firm shortly after the case. During her time there she was a sales negotiator, not an estate agent.

I hope that she can turn her life around. Most of the commentary surrounding the case is made lacking awareness of her deeply troubled background. What she did was vile, no doubt about that. But she isn't the most violent criminal walking the streets and shouldn't be witch-hunted to satisfy the various 'gender agenda' merchants - national and international - who've hopped all over this case.

There are many bizarre sentencing reports appearing with depressing regularity in the media and the lack of consistency in sentencing and lack of any explanation of judges'/magistrates' reasoning or the guidelines they're using - plus lack of information on any mitigating circumstances - produces news reports which arouse anger nationwide.

Oh, well thats O.K then right? Let the bitch off because there are rumours from undeclared sources and compo hunters, r´that there may, just MAY, be more violent people around than this arsehole.

And, I would like to know what YAOU think is worse than a serial glass in face shover?
