There is the solution. The RSPCA can pay for the euthanasia rather than for a lawyer. Had they done so, it would have prevented the unnecessary suffering.
I couldn't read more than the first few paragraphs at the link. What awful, beastly behaviour, your preceding article, and my comment there both apply here.
They should be fucking steralised and never allowed near another living thing ever again.
As for the RSPCA, I used to donate every month, not any more. Waste of fucking space. I now donate to smaller, local animal charites then I can see where the money is going.
