Paul Hartle, 27, said his dog, believed to be a pit bull terrier, is a family pet and not dangerous.Oh, really?
Officers were called to the house after it fell out with Mr Hartle’s Staffordshire bull terrier, Blitz, four.So 'not dangerous' that when it has a scrap with another dog, you call the police..?!?

Come on Julia, the type of people that have these dogs, are the type that call the police because they can not get the lid of the jam jar.
I have two rescue Staffies, what 'type' of person would you say I was? Nice to know sweeping generalisations are alive and well.
It would be nice to know if people from whom your dogs were rescued from, and if they conform to the stereotypical negligent owners of such dogs.

True!

Same as my near neighbour, I'd guess, who has no issues with her well-trained and well-cared for rescue Staffie.
