Is The Judiciary Deliberately Trying To Provoke Race Riots?

Because it’s hard to see how they could be trying to avoid them:

A gang of Muslim girls who repeatedly kicked a young woman in the head walked free from court after a judge heard they were 'not used to being drunk' because of their religion.

The group screamed 'kill the white slag' while kicks raining in on 22-year-old Rhea Page as she lay motionless on the ground, the court heard.

The attackers - three sisters and their cousin - were told by a judge that normally they would have been sent to jail.

However, he handed the girls - all Somalian Muslims - suspended sentences after hearing that they were not used to alcohol because their religion does not allow it.

Their victim was left with a bald patch after they pulled a chunk out of her hair during the attack on the High Street, Leicester.
And this isn’t a question even of a ‘six of one, half-a-dozen of the other’ after-pub-closing bitchfight, either. The victim claims – and the Crown apparently did not contest – that the assault was unprovoked.
James Bide-Thomas, prosecuting, said Ambaro Maxamed, who started the violence, had called Miss Page a 'white bitch' during the incident.

The women, who are all Somalian Muslims, were not charged with racial aggravation.
Why not? Yet another CPS screwup? Or something worse?
Gary Short, mitigating for Ambaro Maxamed, said the attack was down to alcohol.

He said: 'Although Miss Page's partner used violence, it doesn't justify their behaviour.

They're Somalian Muslims and alcohol or drugs isn't something they're used to.'
Wait, ‘Miss Page’s partner used violence’? Where does that come from?
Judge Robert Brown told them: 'This was ugly and reflects very badly on all four of you.

'Those who knock someone to the floor and kick them in the head can expect to go inside, but I'm going to suspend the sentence.'

He said he accepted the women may have felt they were the victims of unreasonable force from Rhea's partner Lewis Moore, 23, who tried to defend her from the attack.
FFS!!!
Rhea said after the hearing: 'It should have been immediate custody after what happened. It's not sending out the right message about street violence.

'They were kicking me in the head right up to the minute the police arrived.

'Even after the police came and they all ran away, one of them came running back to kick me in the head one last time while I was lying unconscious on the ground.'
This country is doomed, unless this judge is immediately recalled, debarred, defrocked, whatever the hell it is they do to judges who bring utter disgrace upon the reputation of the judiciary.

Because if nothing happens, we’ll know that the Establishment is quite sanguine about race riots in this country. More to the point, they seem to be encouraging them.

What other possible conclusion can you draw?

Must have been tricky deciding whether to go for the "not used to being pissed" defence or the "gratuitous violence is part of their cultural heritage" one...

You say that like you've only just noticed.

Although I've responded I'd say that was actually a rhetorical question.

What happens when judges fuck up you ask?

I thought they got promoted.

I've recently blogged about this sort of legal imbalance. This sort of story and the quite evident differing approaches to how differing groups are dealt with (examples here and here) depending on the victim will breed more and more resentment in society many of whom in the majority already feel that they are victimised simply for being who they are and that those whose skin colour is different get preferential treatment when dealing with authority. Something is seriously out of kilter in our society and if it is not put right the resentment will continue to grow until it explodes into violence. You often have politicians and pundits warning against the rise of nationalist groups, todays headline in the Daily Mail is a perfect example of why it's happening.

Un. F**king. Believable.

Guys if you haven't clicked through to the original article, do so. There's a video on there showing the whole thing.

I can't believe they used the boyfriend trying to defend her as a mitigating factor. He looked quite drunk. What if he'd been sober and/or a better fighter and knocked one or two of them unconscious? We all know who would have been sent down then don't we? And not with a suspended sentence....

If this is how Somali Mooselimb women behave after indulging in a couple of rounds of booze ..

God alone knows what the consequences of them partaking in a few links of Pork & Leek bangers might be ..

And of course, its absolutely unthinkable that one section of the legal profession might so manipulate the law, in order to provide future work for another section of the same profession ..

Isn't it ? .... ;(

"We were just minding our own business but they kept shouting 'white bitch' and 'white slag' at me..... I honestly think they attacked me just because I was white. I can't think of any other reason."

That's enough for a racially aggravated charge. Why was it not used?

(I'm not really expecting an answer to that.)

It is pretty obvious that in Britain now the white indigenous are kuffir and are treated like all non muslims in Islamic countries. This IS what is happening and yet no one is seeing it. People think that all these judicial decisions are separate incidents.

It's clear to me that they are part of a slow, insidious and systematic downgrading of our status as the lawful inheritors of this land. We have been replaced and the overlords are now the muslims. It is as plain as the nose on your face and it is only going to get worse unless we put a stop to it.

This is quite indefensible. Justice not only has to be done, but SEEN to be done, and in that respect the courts have failed, and not for the first time. I presume the CPS is going to appeal?

A few more cases like this and I’m afraid the unfairness of it will cause all sorts of problems in this country such as the rise of the BNP and other odious groups. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work that one out!

Yes, although I am not exactly sure why, or who exactly is behind it.
On another note, the white Danny O'Shea, who was chased and knifed to death by a gang 'comprised of a group of black males'. Where are the protests and outrage?
And all this while the Stephen Lawrence trial is on going....

By 'other odious groups' do you mean from somewhere within the Nation that is being race replaced?

Hypocrisy laid bare in the same paper on the same day with a story from the other side of a dirty coin:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2070647/Woman-tram-pleads-guilty-court-views-video-racist-rant.html

The headline says she pleaded guilty, the article says she originally pleaded not-guilty and...further down...says she has been recorded in court records as not yet entering a plea.

That's some fine journalism, right there....

Yes Steve, From within, and then from without, tit for tat, and so it goes on. Extremism in any form is never good. This news story can only promote that.

Anonymous said...

Is this part of a series of questions to which the answer is an emphatic YES?

Search the Guardian (tagline: "the paper that supports our looters") for references to Danny O'Shea, see how many hits you get.
Then repeat the excercise with the trigger words 'Clarkson', 'tram' or 'Lawrence' and you'll get a pretty good idea of the Righteous Left's priorities.

There are not going to be any race riots.

A whole generation have been groomed to take any kind of humiliation and degradation from anyone with more melanin in their skin and be proud of their "tolerance".

Look at the Emma West witch-hunt. Our young are all over the web condemning her - anyone would think she put a cat in a bin or something.

"He said he accepted the women may have felt they were the victims of unreasonable force from Rhea's partner Lewis Moore, 23, who tried to defend her from the attack."
How can you use unreasonable force to defend someone from an attack?
Unless he tried to shoot them whilst they were running away, which I doubt

Anonymous said...

I can't see what the problem is. Feminists have been campaigning for years that women shouldn't go to prison.....well there you go ladies...you've got what you wanted.

Anonymous said...

Clearly the fault of the police and the white heterosexual male. He used excessive force against unarmed vulnerable women. If you disagree then you are racist and misogynistic.

Those poor somali women who have travelled here braveley and have to put up with abuse and violence from a white colonialist racist. It must have felt like rape to them.

Yes i am taking the p***. It just happens that these views fall in line with the guardians and the training given to police.

I suspect we're long past that point...

"Mitigation - the best do not go to jail card ever!"

Clearly, the perps think so:

"After the sentencing, Ambaro Maxamed wrote on her Twitter account: ‘Happy happy happy!’, ‘I’m so going out’, and ‘Today has been such a great day’."

Sickening...

"Something is seriously out of kilter in our society and if it is not put right the resentment will continue to grow until it explodes into violence. "

I don't think so. Far more likely the vast majority will accept it, as anon says ay 22:13.

"I can't believe they used the boyfriend trying to defend her as a mitigating factor. "

Me neither!

JuliaM said...

Me neither.

"I presume the CPS is going to appeal?"

I'd hope so, but I'm not holding my breath.

"On another note, the white Danny O'Shea, who was chased and knifed to death by a gang 'comprised of a group of black males'. Where are the protests and outrage? "

Interestingly, we have been specifically told that his death wasn’t a racist attack, and by an unimpeachable source:

“She said: “We don’t know why such a terrible thing happened, but we do know is it is not racially motivated.

“Danny was popular, with friends from all cultural backgrounds. We do not want to see any local retribution.””

So, we don’t know why he was stabbed, but we can rule out – before any investigation or arrests – that it had a racial motive. Because ‘some of his best friends were black’.

Is it me, or…?

"That's some fine journalism, right there...."

LOL! Good old 'Mail'...

Chances are high that the real problem is that like in Germany, the perpetrators and their extended families 'know where the judges house lives'.

Failing that, there is always the number of the secret bank account...

You wait until the upper echelons of the judiciary, civil serice, NHS, local govt etc etc etc are staffed by ethnic minorities. Due to 'positive discrimination' there's already a demographic imbalance in these orgs weighted towards the non-indigenes. And, speaking from experience, the resentment and anti-white hatred of some of these 'public servants' is palpable.

I was at a Fabian Society meeting back in '96, a meeting which left an indelible mark on me. The main topic was the creation of a minority White population by the middle of the 21st century. The Fabians inform the Labour Party and Blair is a former President.

How come things are actually getting worse under this administration? What the fuck are they teaching at Eton these days?

It is a shame the boyfriend was so off his tits. It would have been good to see him unreasonably force these 'girls' heads through some of the nearby shop windows.

Oh yes. Not used to alcohol because they are Muslims? Don't make me fucking laugh. I know loads of Muslims who drink, including the 50%+ of the population who had their own bars installed at home when I lived in supposedly dry Kuwait.

This defence is not disingenuous, it's a fucking outright lie. But it's not one which can't be disproven. They may be quaffing a litre of Smirnoff every night, who would know?

We are so screwed. These individuals are Muslim, female, young and from Somalia. They must shirley qualify as being some of the most well-protected people in our society right now.

I thinbk it's quite simple - people need to peacefully picket the judge's house and workplace with banners calling him a racist.

A) It's the only thing the elite seem to listen to
B) The point needs to be made that black as well as white can be racist

I'm with you Julia - this is such a blatant case of double standards that you can feel yourself losing your civility over it...

JuliaM said...

Because it's really no better than the last one.

I think it's going to take a lot more than even this to wake people up, sadly.

I don't think so. Far more likely the vast majority will accept it, as anon says ay 22:13.

I suspect this is the real reason, because if they had received the correct, lawful and moral sentence they deserved the 'peaceful and moderate' muslim community would have probably 'quietly' protested the 'racist' courts by smashing town centres, burning effigies and threatening the Judge (and we all know his peaceful life is much more important than ours). As for the lawyers - mercenary scum with all trace of morals surgically removed (if you can find a recent example where a lawyer acted in a principled, moral and right fashion, without a monetary rationale I'll eat my hat - and it's a big hat)

A rather portentous poem I found lying about on the web:

It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late
With long arrears to make good,
When the English began to hate.

They were not easily moved,
They were icy-willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the English began to hate.

Their voices were even and low,
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show,
When the English began to hate.

It was not preached to the crowd,
It was not taught by the State.
No man spoke it aloud,
When the English began to hate.

It was not suddenly bred,
It will not swiftly abate,
Through the chill years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the English began to hate.

1914-1918

"Mary Postgate" (A Diversity of Creatures)

A few people in history have made the mistake of underestimating the English (meant in its historical sense - i.e. "of the British Isles"). The lickspittles masquerading as politicians of today are in the process of dividing us in the hope of ruling us - not realising that the British have thrived and revelled on our differences, but unite with ferocity when needed. I have a horrible feeling that the time of our uniting is drawing closer - then things might get very interesting.
