No, not in Sherwood
the place. You can find that on any map…
Nottingham Crown Court heard a group of youths nearby found it amusing Stone had dropped the bag.
He then allegedly lost his temper and began attacking a car with an estate agent's sign. Stone is also accused of kicking the wing mirror of another car.
A resident was walking past with her six-year-old son on her way home from the gym when Stone is alleged to have dropped the bottles.
She said Stone swore, said he "couldn't believe it" and was "going mental". She took her son inside their home and said she saw Stone attack her car with the estate agent sign.
Oh, dear. And it clearly spread…
"I was just really, really shocked. I couldn't believe it really. I just felt really upset about the whole thing, especially having my son there."
Hmm, the trial continues…
He made no comment to police during his interviews…
If he's acquitted, he could call this 'the Victor Meldrew Defence'…
