Same with the glossy 'Kent Police News' mini-mag that comes round twice a year at least. What a waste of money! There's probably a target being reached and several boxes ticked by doing this though - and in several languages INCLUDING Welsh DOH!
I take it then that the idea sticking it on the web and only distributing to local libraries (if there are any left) obviously didn't occur to them...
