A photograph of Inglis was placed behind the nursing station at the hospital. But when Thomas was moved to the nursing home in May 2008, staff were told she had tried to kill him but were not given a photo of her.Didn't anyone think to ask for one?

Sounds like someone forgot to tick the 'common sense' box during the nurses' training nurse.
Sad case indeed but that young man ws clearly not all there even beore going into a coma after "jumping out of the back of an ambulance travelling at 30mph..."
