The KFC worker attempted to escape punishment by forging two notes - one from her GP and the other from her manager at the fast food restaurant.
But the note claiming to be from her GP was littered with grammatical errors, gave the wrong medical qualifications and was written in block capitals on plain paper.
But there was one other unsurprising thing:
She was yesterday jailed for three months at Ipswich Crown Court after admitting perverting the course of justice.Yes, because while you can assault a member of the public and walk free, sometimes even despite a criminal record, failing to respect the court’s authority is verboten….

Err... If you down to the butcher's today (if it's any good) I'll bet you can buy venison so deer are livestock, D'oh!
Anyway, near me there is a lot of sheep farming. Ask any of the farmers what an un-restrained dog can do to sheep. Sheep are also livestock.
It may be verboten but justice gets perverted on a daily basis in most county courts when it comes to oral examinations of judgment debtors and many other areas. These sorts of issues should also be taken much more seriously.
