Standards, Please, Standards!

It was partially corrected in the online edition, but as he says:
"What I want to know is how something that hasn't yet been built can remain??? Surely it would need to exist first... And, as some comments have been discussing, you don't build a home - you build a HOUSE, and the occupants make it into a HOME, or not as the case may be!"

The headline is fine and a home can either be built or made.
