But No-One Will Be Sacked Or Face Any Consequences....

Failings by a Labour-run council contributed to the death of a foster mother who was killed by a 12-year-old boy she was caring for.

The boy said to police: 'Is she dead?' and 'looks like I got my first kill?' before insisting: 'It was an accident, I swear.' When he was arrested after trying to run away from police, the balaclava-clad youngster told a policewoman: 'I'm going to f***ing kill your family, you b****, and I don't give a f***.'

All he got was two years for manslaughter, and is probably out roaming the streets by now. The coroner is pointing finges:

She said the circumstances which led to the fatal incident 'were contributed to by the failings of the Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to have appropriate systems and processes in place when placing foster children, including but not limited to the lack of accurate and complete documentation, failure to communicate risks and concerns appropriately, failure to conduct appropriate risk assessments and failing to safeguard those in their care'. Ms Whittle said she would be writing a 'prevention of future deaths' report addressing issues including the council's lack of documentation and failure to complete forms; and a shortage of placements, although she said this was a 'national issue' and not just to be directed at Rotherham.

No doubt, but what consequences will there ever be for people who failed their duties, when they work for the State? People who rely on those with this sort of suicidal empathy?

The inquest heard how Mr and Mrs Grant volunteered to take him, despite them being categorised as only able to take in one child at a time, largely because of the complexities Child Y presented to them.

The complexities, or the colour of the child's skin? The foster parents were black, and although his idenntity has not been revealed, I'll bet you dollars to doughnuts the kid is too...

Ms Whittle said that Child X had a youth caution for possessing a knife and had at times talked about wanting to be part of gang culture, but this information was not included on the initial placement referral form, making it 'deficient'. She said Mrs Grant's decision that she could provide Child X with a short term placement 'was made without her full knowledge of Child X's risks' because of 'the failings of Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to have in place systems and processes to ensure full details are included and up to date forms were used'.

She's dead, and cannot speak to her knowledge, which is handy for the coroner, I guess!

You Can Take The Men Out Of Pakistan...

...but you can't - ah, well, I'm sure you know the rest:
A fight broke out in court as three men and a teenage boy were jailed over the killing of a man who was stabbed to death through a van window after being ambushed in a car park. Raheem Hanif, 26, was fatally stabbed and his father Abdul, 47, injured after they were set upon by a gang armed with baseball bats and a machete outside their home near Reading on February 6 last year.

Why come to a country and then try to make it like your own, albeit with colder weather?

...police had to be called to the courtroom when the defendants began squaring up to each other after the jail terms were handed down by Judge Heather Norton.
Further fights broke out in the street outside the court between relatives of the defendants, with at least one person taken into custody by police.

I suspect this isn't the last we'll hear of this sort of tribalism...

Disgusting Behaviour..? It Certainly Is!

Samiul Islam draped a Palestinian flag over his car bonnet before parking up outside the Kantor King Solomon High School - which is a state comprehensive - in Barkingside, east London.
Ten officers in six police cars later swooped on the Bangladeshi student and handed him a £90 fine for causing 'harassment and distress' in breach of a Public Order Act.

For once, I'm not going to complain over police overmanning. I'm just delighted that the Barkingside police aren't capitulating in the face of such blatent provocation like the police in Luton.

Of course, this uppity little shit proclaims himself the victim:

Mr Islam said he was waiting in his car to pick up his siblings from the school when a man and a woman approached him and made offensive comments about Palestine. He described the situation as 'stupid' and 'disgusting', adding: 'How does someone with a flag on their bonnet cause the public a threat?'
'I've been harassed by three members of the public for sitting in my car and using the phone,' he claimed.
'But to them I'm a bigger threat because I have a flag on my bonnet which caused them to call for six other police cars to come.
'There were around 10 officers for what over a flag when they could be out there dealing with real criminals and crimes.'

Breach of public order is a crime. You want to protest about Palestine, Heathrow's over that way. Go protest there.

And they sent so many officers because they know what the likely reaction will be to anyone trying to tell your sort to keep your primitive tribal hatreds under wraps in public...

He also vowed to fight the fine, adding: 'I most certainly am taking it to court. I'm not paying that never. Disgusting behaviour that is.'

You're right there. But it's not the police displaying it, it's you.
