Better Rebrand...

...as 'GoBack':
A fleet of electric buses has been taken out of service after a doubledecker caught fire in south London this week.
Transport for London (TfL) said the electric buses had been “temporarily withdrawn” by operator GoAhead.
As Longrider points out, these EVs seem to be contributing more emissions than the manufacturer's claims would have one believe...

Enjoy life because you could get hit by a bus tomorrow.
Seems lesslikely now, doesn't it, now all the buses are catching on fire

I might have got it wrong, but my understanding was that the e-buses were declared safe and continued to be used until another one caught fire the following day. It was only then that the fleet was withdrawn from service. Presumably at the rate they were going up there was a worry that there soon wouldn't be any left.

To be declared safe and no doubt effective? where did we hear that before.

🤣

"It was only then that the fleet was withdrawn from service."

Indeed! They were hoping the first was an aberration. Clearly, it wasn't!

😏

""And if a double decker bus
