It is just months since same sex-marriage became legal in the UK, a landmark ruling that David Cameron claimed sent the message that that people are equal “whether gay or straight”, but despite the passing of this liberating law, 16 per cent of people – almost one in six – think that gay sex should be made illegal. Not gay marriage, actual gay sex..!
This must be some reactionary little corner of the world, rural Wales, or Scotland maybe?
A new survey of British sexual behaviour, which used a sample of 1,052 UK adults and carried out by The Observer, found this conservative sentiment peaks in London and the south-east…Our gloriously diverse capital? Surely not!
… the proportion of people who think that homosexual sex should be illegal has dropped by eight per cent since 2008, when The Observer last carried out the survey. So the numbers are actually declining? Or people are getting smarter at answering these questions?

How many of the sample belonged to the RoP? Outside of RoP and evangelicals, people don't care about other people's sex lives.
Bunny
How about the respondents thinking, how do I annoy the people taking the survey.
Just a minaret, let me think about this, hmmmm. Well, I live in the sticks (with my same-sex partner) and to be honest people 'round here don't give a toss about other peoples sex lives (now the bin men being late, that is a hotly debated topic). Having said that, 'round here isn't 'gloriously diverse'. Sure, there's some racial diversity (and nobody gives a shit what colour you are either) but there's a distinct lack of yashmaks and mosques. Is that it? Is that the elephant in the room? (a tolerant and benign elephant of peace of course). ;)

My thoughts exactly!
"How about the respondents thinking, how do I annoy the people taking the survey."
Heh! That too... ;)

Or dog fouling, I bet!
