Ms Soros said Kendrick has committed nine previous offences, including a robbery and assault, and assaulting a police officer in 2018.
He was put under a community order in November to complete 20 rehabilitation sessions, but has so far completed none of the sessions and has missed three appointments with probation.
Magistrate John Stambridge said: “This was not your finest hour. We have heard from the victim just how traumatised and frightened he was.
“This was all done while he was working, serving the public.”
Yeah, you all know how the so-called 'justice' system will handle this by now, don't you?
Kendrick, of John Street in Croydon, was ordered to carry out the 20 rehabilitation sessions he was previously sentenced to last year, along with 80 hours on unpaid work. He must also pay £100 in compensation, £85 court costs, and £85 victim surcharge.
*sighs*

Bring back the stocks: all offenders to be marched there directly from court!
Surely these kinds of people will only comply voluntarily with the conditions that are imposed upon them if they know that things will get much worse for them if they don't. Is this really that difficult to understand?
well. 'e's an effnik, innit? It's all the fault of an uncaring society brought on by Tory cuts...
"...if they know that things will get much worse for them if they don't."
They know they won't. So they have us over a barrel, when it should be the other way around.
