It's actually Greater Manchester Police (this time) but it's an easy mistake to make, based on the record of West Midlands Police.
It's Greater Manchester Police that Fahrenheit rips into - not that the West Midlands farce doesn't deserve equal or even greater criticism. (I have a friend who works for West Midlands and the things he's told me...)
Following my experience of dealing with GMP, who are better known to honest Northern motorists as FILTH, I came to the conclusion that the association is most unfair to filth.
The GMP story is pretty appalling, what the fuck did they think they were doing? I think that I would get the local MP involved as well. If they are deliberately intimidating innocent people for political reasons it should be discussed at parliamentary level.
