The Worst Really Are 'Full Of Passionate Intensity', Aren't They?

Particularly when it comes from the Met Police's social media account:

I guess the nauseating spectacle of some of their officers kneeling in supplication before jeering protestors in Downing Street wasn't enough.

And then one of their hapless fools checked the calendar and followed that up with this:

It beggars belief that anyone could bring themselves to type that guff. But I guess a job is a job, right?

No, no, they didn't kneel, they "took the knee..." as we lurch ever closer to Americanisms in our quest for absurdity.

Seriously, they were an embarrassment. Their role was to police the event and keep order, not get involved.

My father was a soldier and then a policeman, raised a family and did his duty. He perhaps would have knelt before his God but other than that, never.

Our internal internet forums have a post about this kneeling.
I've registered my disgust. The debate will he shut down very soon by the senior management stazi.

So much for impartial policing. The cult of the snowflakes will soon be universal in our public services.

It's a tragedy that this person was killed and that's why there have been protests in the US.
But, are people in the US really going to be influenced by protests in the UK?
In the unlikely chance that protests in the UK would have some influence on America it would have been good to see protests about the lady who had the accident where Harry Dunn was killed, but he was white and (presumably) drug free.

Anybody taking both knees in honour of James Foley?
It would be appropriate.

You only take both knees for the IRA.

Slightly off topic, but I see the Met Police have got up off their knees to arrest someone for the attempted murder of a woman and a 2 year old child in London. Going by the names of the victims, and the involvement of Op Trident, it appears to be black on black. It seems that "Black Lives Matter" is to be taken selectively.

Penise...slightly off topic again but retaining normal silly mode.

Should have been 'bend the knee', as it's backed up by dire threat (although not including dragon fire. Yet).

"He perhaps would have knelt before his God but other than that, never."

And yet we now see Hertfordshire Police encouraging it as a 'tactical move'. Disgraceful.

"The debate will he shut down very soon by the senior management stazi."

For doubleplusungood wrongthink.

"But, are people in the US really going to be influenced by protests in the UK?"

That's not the purpose of these 'protests'.

They are solely to encourage our spineless establishment to grant them the same unearned concessions that Democrat mayors and governors are granting the US mob.

"You only take both knees for the IRA."

LOL!

"Going by the names of the victims, and the involvement of Op Trident, it appears to be black on black. It seems that "Black Lives Matter" is to be taken selectively."

It should be 'BlackLivesMatterWhenWeAren'tDoingIt'
