It also insisted that the error in relation to Ethan's marks was an 'isolated one and that no other students have been affected'.

Daring anyone to prove them wrong, which is remarkably easy:

Sadly, this is wasted effort, because modern universities don't care about being competent at the business of running a university, it's no longer what they strive to be good at. Their administration may be shit, but their empty virtue signalling - the real purpose of many universities these days - is always spot on and has all the resources it needs to be on top of the 'job'.

Robinson's Traditional Fish & Chips in Wiltshire received a five-star review from a customer called Dan that read: 'Really hot food always great from Robinsons also hot delivery girl.'

The chippy then snapped back: 'Thanks for the kind review of the food, we will make sure a male delivers your food from now on.'

What a po-faced, virtue-signalling little creep! And I'm not the only one who thinks so:

Owner Philip Robinson has since doubled down on the response, saying that although the review 'seemed harmless', they 'have to set boundaries with incidents like this' to protect their staff.

From what, compliments? 

He said that he has a partner and sister and 'would want their employers to act the same' if faced with a similar situation.

Would he ask his partner and sister their opinion on it? Or just assume? 

Fiona Oliver, joint chief executive of the Wiltshire Community Foundation, a local charity, said: 'We applaud the response from Robinson's for standing up for their employee.

She added: 'Harassment, stereotyping, and discrimination targeted towards women and girls happens far too often and is frequently referred to as harmless banter.

'The impact of such behaviour can really affect victims.'

You know who hasn't been asked their opinion? The hot delivery girl. Who may not feel like a victim of anything.

A rescue boat financed by Banksy has been seized by Italian authorities after being involved in an effort to rescue 37 people from the central Mediterranean sea, the British street artist and the vessel’s crew have said on social media.

Because unlike in Britain, the authorities are fed up with z-list celebutards helping illegal immigrants into their country, and are determined to stop them.  

In a statement posted on his Instagram channel on Wednesday, Banksy said the migrant rescue vessel he funds, the MV Louise Michel, had on Monday night “rescued 17 unaccompanied children from the central Mediterranean”.

He added: “As punishment, the Italian authorities have detained it – which seems vile and unacceptable to me.”

As 'vile and unacceptable' as helping criminals, Banksy? Guess it's not surprising from someone who routinely helps themselves to other people's property for their childish daubings.

Another deportation of a foreign criminal has been thwarted after an airline passenger mutiny – and this time the ringleader was helped by a Left-wing human rights charity.

And that's for airlines to simply eject the passengers who are complaining and ban them for life.

Astonishingly, Hannah Gaffey, the leader of the latest revolt, boasted online about how she and others helped stop the deportation – and revealed how she was advised over the phone both before and after the mutiny by a caseworker at campaign group Detention Action.

It's not 'astonishing' at all - it's simply the expected result when these dimwits are allowed to virtuesignal at no cost to themselves.

Last night, former Home Secretary Priti Patel described the latest plane mutiny as 'shameful'.

'Anyone who deliberately stops the removal of a foreign national offender should face the courts for the taxpayers' funds their actions are consuming, for the wasted legal and court time they are racking up and for effectively standing by dangerous criminals who are a threat to the British public,' she said.

These people don't have any shame. The government and the airlines should see to it they have no seat and no chance of getting one in future.

It is alleged all six were in a WhatsApp group and the messages that led to the criminal charges were sent and received between August 2018 and September 2022, after their service in the Met had ended, the force said.

A new leader of Merton Council was officially appointed last night (Wednesday, November 18).

Councillor Mark Allison was chosen to succeed councillor Stephen Alambritis, who was the leader for 10 years.

And his plans for the borough? 

Cllr Allison was first elected to the council in 2002 and was previously deputy leader and cabinet member for finance.

He said: “I am proud to announce that next week I will launch Merton Together a joint campaign with our partners to support our residents.

“Together means being more inclusive, my wife and son are mixed race and I live in a mixed race family. The events of this year, from George Floyd to the treatment of black footballers have made us even more determined to fight for diversity and justice.

“These are my values and will be at the heart of my administration. I am delighted to announce the most diverse and ambitious cabinet in Merton’s 65 year history, two thirds women and more than half from an ethnic minority.”

Oh. I was hoping there'd be something in there about the things the people of Merton care about. Guess not.

Sky has pledged that one in five of its staff will be from a minority ethnic background by 2025, under a new recruitment target that could lead to 1,500 more black, Asian and minority ethnic workers being hired.

Not good workers, just ones that tick a box. Is that an indicator of a company that's going places? 

The move is broadly in line with predictions that a fifth of Britons will be from minority ethnic backgrounds by 2031, and follows research that found Sky’s workforce was not representative of the areas where it operates, including around its west London HQ where 48% of the population is BAME.

Maybe those people around its HQ don't want to work for Sky? Maybe they don't have the qualifications? No matter! They must be employed by them, or else...what? 

Sandra Kerr, the race equality director of Business in the Community, said her organisation’s research had shown that BAME workers voiced higher levels of ambition to be promoted and to be fast-tracked than white counterparts and were more likely to have higher education qualifications.

Well, of course they do. They see their credentials for promotion every time they look in a mirror.
