The victim, a woman in her 40s, was taken to hospital with serious leg injuries after the incident in Lancaster on 5 May. She told police she had been involved in an argument with a man who accused her of almost knocking into his child.Any evidence that's true?
It occurred shortly after the victim was forced to brake to avoid a woman and child.
Ah. Awkward!
No arrest has been made but police are appealing for information in an attempt to identify the dog walker, believed to be in his early 30s.
The man is described as white, 5ft 9in to 5ft 10in and of a slim build, with brown short back and sides hair. He was not wearing a top at the time of the incident.
Chavilicious!

Wot? No tatts?
Seriously though, folks, what additional feature or actor would put the proverbial cherry on top of this cream tart of a report?
Dog death attributed to scrap of lycra lodged in intestine?
"Dangerous dogs and careless cyclists? Truly, my cup runneth over!"
There's nothing in the article to suggest that the woman was a careless cyclist. What is it about cyclists you don't like? Or, to put it another way, why do you hate me?
And me. I have encountered the occasional stupidly out of control dog while out cycling. Fortunately not dangerous, just daft and poorly trained.
"Wot? No tatts?"
Unheard of!
"There's nothing in the article to suggest that the woman was a careless cyclist. "
Apart from the fact she herself admits to having braked sharply to avoid running down a woman and child?
And I don't hate cyclists. The responsible ones are fine. It's just that...well, there doesn't seem to be a majority of them.
"Fortunately not dangerous, just daft and poorly trained."
Still capable of causing an accident.
"Apart from the fact she herself admits to having braked sharply to avoid running down a woman and child? "
Have you ever needed to do an emergency stop in your car? Yes? Then by your own standards you're a careless driver as is every driver who's done the same.
You seem to take delight in any misfortune that befalls any cyclist. It's not pretty.
