A senior judge today criticised the 'remarkable leniency' that had stopped him from being locked up much earlier.Makes a change from 'Well, I'd like to give him a longer sentence, but my hands are tied', doesn't it?
The court heard he had broken the law 'almost monthly' from the age of 13 and breaching orders meant to control his behaviour a staggering 45 times.
