A baby girl suffered catastrophic brain damage after a hospital allowed a midwife who had been 'banned for incompetence' to help deliver her.
Unbelievably, Sophie Addo, the midwife responsible for the birth, should not even have been present, having been 'excluded from working in all areas of the hospital' just days earlier after failing a retraining course on how to properly understand heart rate monitor readings....as a glance at the image of the midwife in question will tell you.
And lest anyone think that the midwives are the only source of gross incompetence at Newham Hospital:
The midwife...said last night she had not been informed about the ban at the time. Remarkably, staff at the hospital's birth unit were not told either.Still clapping for these clowns, are we?

Not surprised to see this happening at Newham General. It's a truly appalling shithole of a hospital. I've had friends there who were treated really badly, like dirt in fact. I've heard numerous second hand reports of claims that how you are treated at Newham depends on what 'group' you belong to and whether that group is politically important or not. It's a generally horrible hospital and is yet another reason why no one should EVER cheer the NHS.

Perhaps the woke-ists should pay the compensation, and this gorilla-ess should be turned into dog food. Fuck me, this is diabolically awful. But, the world-wonder that is the NHS will pay it out of, inter alia, my taxes. In my view, all compo should come direct from the pay of those responsible.
It is things like this that as well as making my piss boil into superheated piss-steam, have turned me from a liberal into a racist.
There are clowns in every organisation but the NHS mercifully has very few. I was taken seriously ill two months ago and the professionals of the NHS saved my life. The third time in my lifetime they have done that for me so yes I will continue to clap, not for the tiny number of clowns but for the vast majority of dedicated life savers in the NHS. When your at death's door and they are the ones there to help you realise just how fantastic they really are.

I used to work in the catchment area, and heard many horror stories from colleagues. That was in the Eighties, so clearly no-one's improved anything, despite the eye-watering amounts of taxpayer cash sprent there...
