The Council should reply that without further information they regard the complaint as vexatious and do not propose to consider any further action.
Where is all this stupidity coming from? My guess is rubber boats people trying to change the British culture to their advantage. They should all be sent back to the squarer they came from and let the locals live their own lives as they have always done.
