Fury is growing over how the chemical attacker who maimed a mother and her two daughters was allowed to stay in the UK despite being convicted of a sex crime after arriving here illegally in a lorry.
Yes, you read that right. AFTER being convicted of a sex crime.
This isn't a case of 'We don't know who we are letting into the country' (although we don't), this is a case of 'They showed us who they were WHEN we let them into the country'...
The man hunt for Abdul Shokoor Ezedi, 35, continued last night as Tory MPs called for all asylum seekers who commit crimes in Great Britain to be deported.
Gosh, haven't they had 13 years to call for this?
It was emerged last night that Ezedi is a former asylum seeker from Afghanistan who was allowed to stay in the UK despite being convicted of a sexual offence, following two failed applications.Find the two civil servants who turned down his applications, and promote them. Find the one who granted asylum and fire them.
And kick out anyone who is sheltering him.

Aren't they the ones with the actual power to do it, rather than just call for it? Totally useless Government
Look back over the years to see where we were and how we got to where we are. Now look forward to see where we might be, then imagine what your daily life will be like.
Essentially it seems anyone can simply keep applying for asylum until they get it?

Nothing else needed. He, she or it no doubt lives in a very privileged neighbourhood.

My future will involve not living in this country. It's irredeemably screwed so the best plan is to move elsewhere rather than hope it'll get sorted out.

Frankly, it's a horrifying thought. Retirement beckons in 7/8 years, and then the question: where to spend it? It's not going to be London.
