We know this because when a patrol car spotted the BMW parked up on and pulled up, rather than cooperate, Mr Hussen put his foot down and sped off.
But a trawl through his social media proved illuminating.
People who knew him showed the Daily Mail a disturbing photo which they say gives an insight into Marcus' associations with north London gangs.
All his photos are pretty illuminating, actually, not just the one the ‘Mail’ has singled out.
They say the boy on the left with his hood up wearing a black balaclava covering his face and making a gang sign is Marcus. Next to him, perched on a kitchen counter in the picture, is a teenager called Tyler McDermott. Shortly after the photo was taken, Tyler, 17, a rapper who went by the name 'Trizz', was murdered outside a recording studio, shot in the head and sliced up with a machete as he lay bleeding on the floor. Trizz was said to belong to a drill rap group called WC8. His crime? He got into a row with a gang from south London at a party when one of the rival group objected to being filmed. Four men – Tyrese Barnett, 20, Leo Reid, 21, Rhys Antwi, 21 and 19-year-old Kalam Bagge – were convicted of his murder.
And then there’s this one:
Reader, in how many of your 'photos with friends' are you both balaclava-clad?
Mr Huseen appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates 24 hours earlier on Saturday. He will appear next on Monday, October 13, at the Old Bailey.
That should be an interesting day in court, eh?

"Marcus's associations with gangs." But of course.
If the girl from the Dubai case had images like those on her phone when her parents examined it, it might explain their readiness to report him to the authorities there; a custodial sentence in the Middle East is a pretty effective way of dealing with the problem of an unsuitable boyfriend.
