Up until a few years ago our local MP ( proper UK Parliament, not that monstrosity in Embra, courtesy of Donald Dewar ) looked like Doctor William MacDougal. In fact The Simpsons, Family Guy and South Park should be excluded because they extract the urine from every nationality, region, race, religion, characteristic, disability, occupation, rank, gender, age, size, whatever. Most Scots do not mind their national traits ridiculed. Witness comedians. It is probably true for other nationalities
