It's easy to see which papers are 'progressive':
The 'Sun', the 'Mail', several local papers, have no problems whatsoever telling it like it is.
A reporting restriction prevents the identities of both the victim and the defendant from being made public.It doesn't prevent the papers from telling the public what really happened though, does it?
