You Don't Have To Have An English Degree To Work Here...


...but it'd help to know that it's either 'substantially damaged' or 'destroyed', it can't be both.

I don't have an English degree but I maintain that buildings may be subjected to substantial destruction. Part(s) of a substantially destroyed property may continue to afford shelter when the original construction escapes being razed or levelled to the ground.
