It's not 'secure' if they are allowed out, is it?
Mosa Jamal Abid, 26, was out on an escorted trip to a newsagent on Uxbridge Road, in Ealing, west London, when he ran off at approximately 3.00pm on Monday.
*sighs*
This is the second time he has escaped after he previously fled from Homerton hospital in 2019.
*headdesk*
Detective Inspector Alistair Stillgoe, from the local policing team in west London, said: 'I recognise this will cause concern in the community, however, I want to assure you that we have officers working round the clock to find Mosa and return him to hospital as soon as possible.'
Why? So he can go for the hat trick?

The hospital "identifies" as Secure...
There is a large mental hospital on my borough. They escort the nutters on the nearby high street to help them get used to modern life. However if said nutter runs away the staff are not allowed to restrain or chase them . They just ring the police and go back to the hospital. I’ve no idea who decides which one is safe though. This one is safe enough to walk around town but he’s now not be approached.
