I Guess The Wikipedia Blackout Will Take The Blame..?

For anyone who doesn't remember, it was ONE tiger that escaped and there was no crowd, it being late at night. It was in San Francisco, though, so they at least got that right...

Meanwhile, at the Goulburn Post, a terrifying new threat from dangerous dogs - a vicious massage:

Unless they meant Shih Tzu Maltese cross..?

It was probably a biatch..

The dog was certainly cross, or at least slightly peeved.

Err, Shih Tzu and Maltese cross? Aren't they both of the petite rat-on-a-string or independently-mobile-floor-mop type of breeds? That's like being mauled by a Yorkshire Terrier - I'd die of shame admitting it.

Still at least we were spared the normal journalistic frenzy of 'ban this pit-bull type breed as they're all man-eating monsters'. Just wonder what the 'playing' entailed and whether six year old will be doing whatever it was to said family pet again.

I think the first story refers to the numpty who let loose the contents of his private zoo.

SNORK!

"Err, Shih Tzu and Maltese cross? Aren't they both of the petite rat-on-a-string or independently-mobile-floor-mop type of breeds?"

Yup.

A friend has a Border Terrier/shihTzu cross. She alternates between the descriptors 'BorTzu' and 'shiht Terrier', depending on how obedient it is at any one time...

"I think the first story refers to the numpty who let loose the contents of his private zoo."

It does indeed.

"Is that the downunder Goulburn?"

Yup! Can't remember now what meanderings through the web found that one...
