Just What Does It Take?

Damian Webb, prosecuting, read a long list of Beech's criminal history, beginning in 2006 when he broke a 12-year-old girl's elbow with a stick.

He also punched a park ranger and had convictions for smashing a bottle over a teen's head, scarring him from eye to jaw, and threatening to kill a witness with a knife.
So, it's no surprise he's now behind bars 'indefinitely', for the protection of the public, is it? The only surprise is his latest innocent victim lived...
Within half an hour of being taken to his cell at HMP Altcourse, he punched a prison officer in the face.
Mitigation should be good:
Steven Swift, defending, said the attack was a 'cry for help' from someone who had spent his formative teenage years locked up and feared becoming institutionalised.
It's a bit late for that, I think...

He should be institutionalised .. in one of those Chinese institutions where "treatment" consists of a pistol round in the back of the skull ..

The bill for said round being sent to the family ..

Isn't it amazing how these 'poor downtrodden and misunderstood' scrotes only ever attack the weak and defenceless. Ah well, he'll be given a nice cell with ensuite pool table and a free ipod in punishment and a social worker to tell him how he deserves more.

Maybe one day we'll see Darwin at work when he tries a 'cry for help' by attacking someone who believes in 'the three S's - that's Shoot, Shovel and Shut-up). The other alternative is the almost immediate permanent incarceration that will occur if he attacks a politician or a judge (the rest of us plebs don't warrant the same protections)stion

A cry for help is when someone opens their mouth and cries "Help".
