Baker Street station was evacuated and put on lockdown this evening after...
A bomb threat? A sighting of a man with a gun?
...a customer threatened a member of staff.
Wha..?
Police officers rushed to the busy central London station along with the London Fire Brigade just after 8pm.
The station was closed for about fifteen minutes, with confused would-be passengers posting photos of the barred entrance on social media.
If they are going to start doing this, they might find they get even
more threats!
The Standard has approached British Transport Police but no details were immediately available.
Even they have probably realised what a PR disaster this one could be!

You know this is a gift to ISIS and all the other nutters. They don't even have to kill anyone or smuggle in a rifle or hand gun. Just jab your finger at some member of staff and shout a few choice words. Pathetic or what?
OTOH, these days who knows? If ISIS nuked Wembley stadium during an England match, the MSM would call it soccer hooliganism that got out of hand.

We are, often, our own worst enemy...
"...the MSM would call it soccer hooliganism that got out of hand."
Heh! Sadly true.
