...the 16-year-old who stabbed him was able to walk free from court after admitting one count of causing grievous bodily harm with intent - which for an adult can mean a life sentence - and one count of possession of a knife.

And yet our lefties continue to say that 16 year olds are children who do not comprehend their actions fully, but the self-same lefties advocate lowering the voting age to 16. The whole bloody lot of them are palpably certifiable.
Certainly lower the age to vote to 16 but do the same with everything else like being tried as an adult and if convicted of a serious crime placed in an adult prison, or if we need conscription make them pick up their guns along with the rest of them. There must be no halfway house of special treatment for voters but not ADULTS.
The trouble is that these little stabbers know exactly what they are doing, worse, they know that the marshmallow brained, bleeding hearts won't raise a finger to stop them or even lightly admonish them.
