It should be mandatory for judges to spend time among the public - using public transport, going to the supermarket, etc. Maybe then the naive ones might have some gullibility knocked out of them. The wilfully bleeding-hearted ones need to undergo severe recalibration in some way, preferably as unpleasant as possible.

Since I suspect most of them actually do indeed do these things (they aren't all stonking rich) I can only conclude that the Common Purpose brainwashing proves stronger than exposure to reality...
