Some artists become famous for that one song that's played everytime and everywhere, and so it is with 'Baker Street'.
Which is a good song, don't get me wrong, but I have always preferred the much faster tempo of Gerry Rafferty's 'Royal Mile', and here it is in all its glory:
Some nice shots but they don't show the true picture of Central Edinburgh as the Tat Capital of Europe. And don't get me started on the Tattoo: it's one of Scotland's greatest con-tricks.

Met up with my brother and his partner yesterday (he moved to Edinburgh last year) for lunch. He had some tales to tell of Fringe season!
