What Do The Woke All Have In Common?

Charles Pulliam-Moore of Gixzmondo on the temerity of a young black actress daring to express herself in a manner that doesn't conform to his own opinions:
What these celebrities have in common—beyond being household names in part because of their association with Disney—is that they’re all entitled to have their beliefs no matter how factually inaccurate, offensive, and rooted in bad faith they may be from the perspective of the general public.
Mahlon Romeo on Millwall fans booing the players who decided they were there to raise support for a Marxist political group rather than play football:
Romeo told the South London Press: “It’s something I can’t wrap my head around. People will have their beliefs and views, which everyone is entitled too (sic). I’m not trying to stop or contain – but if your beliefs and views oppose a positive change in society then don’t come to a football ground and spread them around. ”

It's that they really, genuinely believe that theirs is now 'the voice of the people'. Not of fringe lunatics.

Unsurprisingly, The Answer Was 'You Must Be Joking, Right?'...

Wednesday’s demonstrations come in response to the long-awaited decision by a grand jury about whether the officers involved in the death of Taylor, who was shot in her apartment in Lousiville on 13 March by white police officers who were serving a so-called “no-knock” warrant”, would be punished.
I mean, was it ever in doubt that police who were fired upon by a man they were trying to arrest were entitled to return fire?
Ben Crump, a lawyer for Taylor’s family, denounced the decision as “outrageous and offensive”, and protesters shouting, “No justice, no peace!” immediately took to the streets following the news.

So in protesting the accidental (but fairly unsurprising) death of a woman who chose poorly when looking for someone to shack up with, of course the professional agitators decide to riot and shoot police officers.

Everyone knows that makes things better, right?

Biden and his running mate, Kamala Harris, also called for police reforms in the wake of Wednesday’s decision, saying the country should start by addressing excessive force, banning chokeholds and overhauling no-knock warrants.

Well, there you have it. The way to prevent black criminals from dying at the hands of the police (which is all these people care about, the fact they die at a far greater rate at the hands of their fellow criminals isn't worth mentioning) is to give up on fighting crime. What a vote winner!

Why Is Anyone Professing Surprise?

A report by Hope Not Hate...

Ah. We can usually safely ignore anything produced by this bunch of charlatans, can't we?

...seen exclusively by The Independent before its release, said that years of dominance by Tommy Robinson and other figures focused on Muslims was giving way to rising white nationalism.

When we've seen the rise of black nationalism with the BLM movement, and also observed the obsequiousness of the establishment, why wouldn't this happen?

“There’s this move from people previously focused on other topics like Islam, and alongside that is a contingent of the young British far right who have been embracing more extreme and traditionally fascist, white nationalist and antisemitic ideas,”
Mr Murdoch said. He warned that the younger group are active in online networks that have greater reach than the “old guard” of National Front and British National Party (BNP) supporters.

In other words, the younger generation are smarter, more social-media savvy, then the old guard.

So let's see what their message is, and whether it could really gain popular support with mainstreamers?

On its website, Patriotic Alternative claims that “native British” people are being eradicated and proposes extreme measures to protect “the indigenous peoples of the United Kingdom”.
It says it would call a “complete halt” to immigration and pay people “of immigrant descent … to return to their ancestral homelands”.
Patriotic Alternative claims that children are being exposed to pro-LGBT and anti-white “propaganda” and advocates home-schooling using its own package of hateful material on “history and culture”.

Well, I leave you to your own conclusions. But if I was an establishment figure, I'd be very, very worried.

How Long Did It Take You To Realise This, Then?

In a statement, Scotland Yard said: 'We want to remind anyone who is taking part in a demonstration in a public place or at a public meeting, not to wear a uniform which is associated with a political purpose, as to do so may be committing an offence under Section 1 of the Public Order Act, 1936.'
Why didn't you last time it happened, then?

This is, of course, yet another instance of a certain 'community' feeling that laws shouldn't apply to them:

On Twitter, BLM UK added: '4Front do vital work in the community advocating for young people being harassed by police daily. This is one day before a commemorative protest for Mark Duggan which 4Front co-organised.'
Speaking outside Colindale Police Station, Temi Mwale of the 4Front Project said: 'Today started calmly, it started peacefully with us as community workers asking why a 14-year-old was being arrested?'

On suspicion of carrying 13 bags of drugs.

'What has he done so we can inform his mum?'

The police will do that, as he's a minor.

'I can’t go into too much detail, but this is several times this month this same young person has been harassed and been arrested.'

With no doubt good reason. As 'community workers', aren't you looking to get drugs off the streets?

Or do you need people to be high as kites to believe you're anything but professional agitators looking for a fight with the police?

"Bake The Cake, Bigots!"

A Condado Tacos in Columbus, Ohio, came under scrutiny on Monday after social media posts alleged that the chain’s suburban Polaris location had filled a large food order for Ohio Highway Patrol officers in the midst of national protests highlighting police brutality.
Shop sells food, NEWS AT ELEVEN!
On Monday, at least four employees were allegedly fired by a district manager for refusing to fill the order and choosing to walkout during a shift.
And quite rightly so. When did they get to choose who they serve?
Condado Tacos is an Ohio-based Mexican restaurant chain with nearly 20 locations across the Rust Belt. Eater reached out to employees at other locations who were in direct contact with Condado Polaris workers and one worker who was involved in the the walkout. All agreed that the culture at their individual restaurants was supportive of actions being taken by demonstrators, with one employee stating that managers had offered time-off to protest and committed to bail employees out of jail if they were arrested.
Frankly, if they want to stir up trouble for themselves in this way, it's their business, But having given the inch, they shouldn't be too surprised when the ingrates they employ come back for the mile...
However, the incident has left many employees and customers uncomfortable with upper management.
Well, they can always get a job somewhere else. It's a free country.
A separate tweet from a person claiming to be an employee, @gsheamercer, went viral on Monday evening receiving more than 10,000 retweets and 61,000 likes. In the tweet, @gsheamercer writes, “today on my day off my job forced us to do a massive catering order for the columbus police department. the staff walked out and was fired. when i go in tm, myself and other are gonna demand an apology and if we don’t get it we also will walk out.”
Good news for unemployed Columbus citizens needing a job then.

Well, At Least You Aren't Speaking With Your Mouth Full, Love...

I think the most depressing thing about the continuing uproar over the death of a petty criminal thousanfds of miles away has been the attention seeking from the celebutard community:

Even the cooks are getting in on it:

And then we have, err...
Elle Knox, 28, was flying on a United Airlines flight from Houston to San Francisco, where she is due to catch a flight home to Sydney on Wednesday.
But after seeing the George Floyd protests, she decided to make a stand - addressing all 300 people on her flight about 'police brutality'.
And who is this 'celebrity'? Why, she's an Australian porn star...

"But We Took A Knee! And Let You Run Riot In The Capital!"

"Why are you doing this!?"

Gosh, why indeed? It's a puzzle, isn't it? Allow me to refresh your memory a little:

Ooops!

The simple answer is: "Because you let them think they could get away with it..."

It's called 'consequences'. Of weak, vitruesignalling 'leadership'. Of cowering before a mob.
The Metropolitan Police Federation, which represents rank-and-file officers, said attacks on officers seem to be increasing, adding: 'Yet again this starkly shows the dangers @metpoliceuk face and the bravery they show each and every day keeping Londoners safe.'
Not all of them showed 'bravery'. I wonder if seeing their colleagues kicked to the ground gave them a twinge of guilt?

There's predictable condemnation from all those who previously sowed the wind, but will never find themselves on the streets to reap the whirlwind. But one man gets it:
Shaun Bailey, the Conservative candidate for next year's London Mayoral elections, linked the incident to the Black Lives Matter protests, which saw police criticised for failing to take a tougher line with demonstrators. 'This is what happens when you try to appease the mob,' he tweeted. 'You lose control of the streets.'
Maybe the Police Federation needs to look a bit closer to home?

"I never promised you a rose garden..."

St Mary’s Calne School in Wiltshire, which is ranked among the best independent schools in the country, received an outpouring of angry messages from former pupils after posting a seemingly innocuous picture of its new flower garden online.
And what's wrong with that? It's a perfectly lovely flower garden, after all...

Reader, I'm glad you asked:
Cat Roberts, 22, who is mixed-race, questioned the boarding school’s decision to share the image when it had failed to comment on the global discussion on racism sparked by the death of George Floyd.
Yes. Seriously.
She said: ‘With all that is happening in the world at the moment, I don’t think it is appropriate that you are posting your new flower garden yet are not acknowledging black lives and your black students.
‘It is truly ignorant that as a school you will not publicly stand for your black students. Racism is alive and is something myself and my friends experienced whilst studying at St Mary’s Calne.’
And did she stand up and challenge it at the time? It doesn't appear so. Instead she waited until she had a chance to castigate her school for not Tweeting about what she though they should tweet about.

Now who's the ignorant one? What sort of success has she made of her life, by the way?
...Ms Roberts, who works as a model after studying public relations at university...
Clearly, an expensive education was wasted on you, love.

Errr, Yeah, Thanks For Clearing That Up, Mom…

New video footage has emerged of Ferguson teenager Michael Brown, which appears to question the claim by police that he had robbed a convenience store shortly before he was shot dead by a white officer.
Oh oh! This could be explosive!
Filmmaker Jason Pollock, who obtained the footage, claims that it shows that the 18-year-old’s altercation with store employees in a later visit to the shop, was tied to a suspected drug transaction with staff in the store.
...

...

Wait, what?
“There was an understanding, and that’s what you are going to see in that video,” the teenager’s mother, Lezley McSpadden says in a new documentary by Mr Pollock. “There was some type of exchange for one thing, for another.”

You Throw That Word Around A Lot...

Mrs Mohammed made continual criticisms of Merseyside Police and their handling of her son after a video emerged of officers and paramedics tending to a dying Mzee, with handcuffs still clasped to his wrists while he lay motionless and unconscious.
The mum said: “I want to ask the Lord to see justice for my son.
“I will not rest, I will walk in my son’s shoes until I get answers, and anyone who had a hand in my boy’s death will be brought to justice.”
...'justice', I mean. As if other people weren't deserving of it too. People being threatened by an out of control youth built like a brick outhouse:
Merseyside Police said they had received reports of a man running into a house in the Toxteth area at around 6pm “in a distressed state.”
Further calls were made to police, they said, about Mzee “behaving erratically at a number of locations throughout the city centre, including Liverpool One with a knife.”
He then suffered a medical episode, a police spokeswoman said.
Two dads have reported that Mzee threatened their 13-year-old daughters at knifepoint while demanding their mobile phones, but the former Shorefields School pupil’s family say they do not believe he was involved in those alleged crimes.
Of course they don't. Just like they don't believe in proofreading:
