Quick! It Must Be Time To Repeat 'Adolescence'...

That'll fix it:
Teachers’ leaders have said a “masculinity crisis” is fermenting in schools across the UK, with misogynistic abuse of female staff on the increase, leaving victims “traumatised”, “demeaned” and “humiliated”.

Oh no! Can a documentary help? Our Prime Minister would say so, after all...

One teacher said she was called a “fucking slag” by a pupil. Another said a student had made nude AI images of her, while other boys joked about raping girls, then laughed when challenged.

'Boys' and 'girls' of no race or class or nationality, it has to be noted.

Matt Wrack, NASUWT general secretary, warned of a ticking timebomb and called for better support and training to deal with the impact of the “manosphere” in schools.“These pupils are the same boys and young men who will go on to be husbands, fathers and colleagues in the workplace. They may eventually develop influence in the public sphere. We must help them and their victims – including teachers – before it is too late.”

Well, when they grow up, they will find spouses and workplaces less tolerant than schoolyards.

The latest poll focuses on female staff rather than students. Female teachers described being ignored, mocked and patronised by their pupils, including being referred to as “love”, told to “calm down” and belittled with comments like “must be that time of the month”.

Try it in the workplace and it'll lead to an uncomfortable chat with HR.

They complained about sexualised sounds and gestures, which are used to humiliate and demean, and not enough support from parents or school management.
“Parents have told me if I can’t handle teenage boys then I need to ‘work in a fucking nursery’.”

They might just have a point, it has to be said...

A Department for Education spokesperson said: “Misogynistic views are not innate, they are learned, and we are committed to using every possible tool to achieve our mission of halving violence against women and girls.”

Except excluding the males doing it? Or challenging the culture and religous background if that's a factor?

Quick Work, For Once!

Detectives have arrested a man at Heathrow on suspicion of murder, hours after a man was hit by a car and killed in east London. The Metropolitan police launched an investigation after being called at 5.11am to reports of a collision involving a car and pedestrian in East Ham. A 35-year-old man was found injured at the scene on Barking Road, near to the junction with Arragon Road. Officers responded and provided first aid, but despite the efforts of the emergency services, the man died a short time later.

Good work, but...murder?

Urgent inquiries led to the arrest of a 33-year-old man at Heathrow at about 3.30pm on Sunday. He has been detained on suspicion of murder, and a 30-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. Both remain in custody.

Sounds like they had little difficulty identifying the suspect, but also sounds like a simple hit & run. Strange we aren't told where he was heading...

DCI Joanna Yorke, leading the investigation, said: “I am aware that a large number of people had been at an event in Barking Road overnight and many would have witnessed the incident. I am appealing for those people to come forward immediately. Your information could be vital to the investigation.”

Ah. now it's all clear. Another of those benefits of diversity, obviously.

Treat Them Like Illegal Guns And Seized Knives...

...and ignore the animal lovers who will demand they can be rehabilitated:
Met Police officers have rescued dogs from an alleged “dog fighting” property in northeast London.
Police officers executed a warrant at a property on Sewardstone Rd, Chingford last Thursday and found adult dogs and puppies from prohibited breeds.

Then humanely destroy them. And when the hopelessly optimistic animal lovers raise a hullabaloo about them being 'innocent' and the real culprits being the owners, point out that there's no reason to melt down perfectly servicable knives and guns either, but we do...

Three men aged between 28-35, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of dangerous dog offences, handling stolen goods, possession of a firearm and possession of offensive weapons in a private place.

Of course. Why is this a surprise? The police should be - and probably are in a lot of cases - well aware that criminality goes hand in hand with criminality.

Officers also discovered a firearm, combat knives, and stolen plant machinery.

Plant machinery? Chingford? Vicious animal cruelty? I'm getting a bit of a vibe here.

No, not footballers!

PC Tom Landels of the Met’s North East Command said: “There was a significant amount of property and a number of dogs seized during this operation.
“The plant machinery will be returned to the lawful owners and the dogs will undergo assessment while they are cared for at a police kennel facility.”

Why bother? Dispose of them humanely.

The three men in question have been released under investigation, while enquiries remain ongoing.

No names, eh?

Where's The 'Mystery', Then..?

See more: Mystery over dead pony found by jogger in Sutton
A glance at the photo of the animal tells you all you need to know about the likely owners...
A spokesperson for RSPCA, said: "This is a really sad incident and must have been very upsetting for people to see.
"Our local officer has visited to investigate and sadly it appears the pony wasn't in good bodily condition, so we're concerned about how and why they died. Sadly, it is not uncommon for the RSPCA to receive reports of dead, dying or very unwell horses dumped like rubbish.
"The country has been experiencing a 'horse crisis' for several years, with fears that the worst may still be yet to come in the event of another financial recession.
"Unfortunately the pony wasn't microchipped so we encourage anyone with any information to come forward and contact us on our inspector's appeal line number, on 0300 123 8018."
Yes, the RSPCA shamelessly uses this as an opportunity to beg for funding, leading you to believe that this poor animal belonged to Arabella High-Falutin, and was cruelly dumped so daddy could afford to buy another yacht.

Is anyone fooled? I'm not.

So, Where's The Weapon?

Aydin Eldeniz, 28, was found by dog walkers in Northlands Park, Pitsea, with a stab wound to the chest at about 5.20pm on Monday, December 18.
Despite paramedics best efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene and police launched an investigation.
A murder investigation?

Well, yes. At first.
Essex Police initially launched a murder investigation but also said that they were considering the possibility that Mr Eldeniz stabbed himself.
So where's the weapon? If it's suicide, it'll still be in the victim, or at least, nearby.

What does the pathologist say?
Speaking to the Echo, his sister Ayla Kaygusuz said the family are desperate to find answers and paid tribute to the “gentle giant”.
She said: “We are disappointed as the police cannot make a decision regarding Aydin’s death.
“The pathology report was inconclusive and showed a 50/50 chance of murder or suicide. The body now hangs in limbo awaiting a second post mortem.
“He told me and other family members that “they” were after him and that he didn’t have much time left. Those were his exact words. He wouldn’t say any more because he said that it would put me and my baby in danger.”
Hmmm....
Ayla added: “Aydin had never had any mental health issues. He had never been on any medication. He had no gambling problems and no drug problems either.
“He was making plans for the future. He wanted to book a holiday for the summer and told me three weeks ago he wanted to teach my son how to drive when he grew up. Aydin was not suicidal.
“He was always smiling and was full of life. He loved cars and music. He was an amazing uncle to my son. He was my baby brother and he was everything to me. I loved him like he was my own and I miss hearing his voice.
“We are desperately seeking justice for what happened.”
If you weren't relying on the competence of Essex Police, you might just stand a chance...
Police have confirmed they are keeping an open mind and investigating a number of lines of enquiry.
One to watch.
