A Law Designed For Two-Tier Justice From The Start.

Parents risk prosecution for trying to stop their children having gender treatment under a new Labour law, MPs and campaigners fear. The conversion therapy ban means those convicted of trying to change someone's sexual orientation or gender identity could be jailed for five years.

But won’t somehow also apply to the psychiatrists and doctors pushing trangenderism? That's some sloppily written law, then.

It has prompted concerns that the law will criminalise parents for trying to talk to children about their desire to identify as the opposite sex or undergo gender treatment, such as taking puberty blockers and having surgery. Counsellors and priests could also fall foul of the legislation, it is feared.

 Working as intended, I suspect. But even the nutter’s support groups are raising concerns:

The Bayswater Support Group, for parents of trans or non-binary children, said: 'Accusations of psychological or emotional abuse are rife when it comes to transgender identity. ' 

If this bill becomes effective, parents will fear accusations could escalate into a threat of criminal offence.'

everyhing this wretched government touches it somehow makes worse. That’s quite a talent! 

We Don't Need To Stop Women From Competing In Men's Sport...

Last month, the International Olympic Committee announced that transgender women athletes would be barred from competing in all Olympic events in the women’s category – but not the men’s events.

Well, that’s right, they are men, after all. No-one’s suggesting they not be allowed to compete at all, are they? 

The new rules effectively redefine womanhood – but not manhood – as a novel and previously unrecognized category consisting only of those with a specific set of genetic prerequisites.

No, they aren’t doing any such thing, they are simply expecting women to compete with women and men with men, like it was before the madness of transgenderism spread across the globe like a plague. 

To comply with this new requirement, women athletes – but not male ones – will be made to submit to genetic testing, to determine whether their womanhood meets the committee’s standards

Because women aren't trying to cheat their way into men's sport, you idiot! 

The move comes as increased political and media attention to the issue of trans rights and visibility over the past years – along with pressure from the Trump administration – has led athletic federations to ban trans women from sports competitions, a demand that has largely not been made for transgender men in women’s or men’s sports.

Those who support the bans claim that testosterone, male puberty or male genetics confer an advantage in athletics, and that trans women must therefore be banned in order to preserve the integrity of women’s competitions. This sounds like the kind of argument someone could make without being unreasonably motivated by bigotry; the IOC, for instance, claims that its new ban is backed up by science and evidence.

It is, undeniably, as a fellow columnist points out.

This new insistence that a complicated scientific question is in fact a simple one – and that it is determinative and relevant only for women, and not for men – suggests that something other than a robust commitment to fairness is at play.

No, that's exactly what's at play here. 

It is possible to approach the question of trans participation in sports in a way that respects the dignity and identity of trans athletes and grapples with this range of possibilities.

Dignity? Lady, a man whose decided to play dress-up in womanface so he can cheat at sports hasn't got any dignity to lose.

Women who are not dainty, who are not weak, who are not reticent or passive or demure, will now be accused of being men. They will be hounded, smeared and degraded in ways that arise from transphobia but redound, finally, to more old-fashioned forms of homophobia and misogyny.

No, they'll simply have to take a swab to prove they are women. Far less undignified than peeing in a cup, which they are used to doing for drug testing..

Harry Potter author JK Rowling has hit out at Humza Yousaf after the First Minister confirmed trans women will be protected by a new misogyny law.

That's going to be hard to do, when so many of the high profile transgender 'women' prove to be, well, utterly misogynistic themselves. 

The Scottish Government had previously came (sic) under fire for leaving out the sex characteristic from its controversial hate crime legislation after a review by Baroness Helena Kennedy found that specific misogyny offences needed their own law. Her report recommended the creation of a separate piece of legislation to tackle 'the spectrum of misogynistic conduct' rather than including it within the hate crime Act.

Quite why a seperate offence was needed is hard to fathom, unless it was a sop they intended to placate women annoyed that men in frocks could now use their toilets. If so, EPIC FAIL! on that score...

Ms Rowling responded by posting on social media: 'Once again, [Mr Yousaf] makes his absolute contempt for women and their rights clear.

'Women were excluded from his nonsensical hate crime law, now he introduces a 'misogyny law' designed to also protect men.'

Indeed. Now Humza Yousless is no more, will his successor have the courage to reverse this nonsense?

Clearly a reference to the nonsense spouted by Starmer that '99.9%” of women do not have penises'. It's 100% obviously. 

And the person who objected and claimed to have found it personally 'shocking'? The father of a murdered transgender child.

Asked repeatedly why Sunak had made a joke at the expense of trans people, the chancellor told the BBC this was “taking these comments out of context”, before eventually refusing to engage with questions about whether the prime minister should apologise.

Why should a British Prime Minister ever apologise for stating a biological fact? 

I Suspect The Answer Is ‘Very Little’…

A growing number of organisations have been found to have discriminated against women because of their views. What are employers learning from such cases?

Gender-critical feminists believe sex is biological and cannot be changed, and disagree with trans rights activists who say gender identity should be given priority in terms of law-making and policy.

Decribing it as a 'belief' rather than a recognition of reality shows the absurdity up for what it is. It's as daft as saying "Geographers believe the earth is round, and disagree with Flat Earthers who say transport policy should be decided on the basis that it's flat." 

After the Meade case last week, which like several others involved disciplinary action being initiated against an employee as a result of social media postings, Westminster council said it would “consider what changes we need to make”. For the local authority it comes too late to prevent a payout, but other employers may need to learn from it.

No, they do need to learn from it. But I suspect they won't.  

Georgina Calvert-Lee, an employment and equality barrister at Bellevue Law, agreed that the wider debate – in which gender-critical feminists and advocates of transgender rights have been at loggerheads – may have influenced employers, but said they must adjust their behaviour in light of the case law.

“What Forstater and Bailey have done is they’ve set this very strong precedent of tolerance,” Calvert-Lee said. “Above all, in a pluralistic society, which is what we want, you have to accept that people are going to have different views and some people are going to find their colleagues’ views completely obnoxious – but nevertheless protected because freedom of speech is something that … has been really promoted and underlined.

“It’s always been there but it’s been sort of forgotten in some of these culture wars.”

Not by everyone, just by those organisations in thrall to the likes of Stonewall.  

Maybe They Shouldn't Act Like That's Exactly What They Are, Then?

...the phrase “gender identity ideology” is actually nothing to do with gender, as in masculinity and femininity, and how this shapes our identities. Instead, it is used to imply that trans, transgender and gender non-conforming identities are a new fad, and that the longstanding social justice movement for trans rights is really a recent conspiracy of nefarious elites.

Well, Finn, maybe if they don't want to be considered as such, maybe they shouldn't spend all their time infiltrating organisations and changing their rules, eh? 

The real gender ideology is the binary sex and gender system that requires all of us to be either male-masculine-heterosexual or female-feminine-heterosexual; and which attaches harsh penalties to those who deviate from this script.

Go blame Mother Nature for that. Railing against this is like railing against gravity.

What all of us should read here, not in between the lines so much as actually in the lines, is the bizarre claim that things like this have a biological sex in the first place. How can names, the fabric of clothes, or the porcelain of toilets possibly have a biological sex?

The pastor goes on to slam 'allies' who abandon or 'betray' transgender people likening that to Jesus' disciples who fled when he was arrested.

If at this point, no-one got up and walked out, then I guess that makes the congregation as bad too, eh? 

'Marginalized folks, those of us with the least amount of privilege and power, they need those who have more privilege and power than they do to physically place their bodies between them and the people, powers and institutions that are literally killing them,' Louwagie said in the shocking sermon.

Isn't it strange how these 'marginalised people' appear to have every single organisation in thrall to them, and acquiescing​ to their increasingly outrageous and biology-denying claims?

As part of the controversial sermon, Louwagie appeared to also draw comparison between the treatment of trans people in the United States with the Holocaust and Japanese internment camps.

Lutherans everywhere should wonder what the hell happened to their religion that it tolerates this. The rest of us just roll our eyes and wonder when the pandering will stop... 

How Not To Resolve Conflicting Customer Demands...

Primark has sparked confusion after installing new signage outside its changing rooms which split the facilities into 'Women Only' and 'Any Gender' categories.

It comes after the fashion retailer announced it would be axing its gender-neutral changing areas - which had been in place since 2019 - from October last year.

It followed numerous complaints from women who claimed they did not feel safe sharing changing rooms with men.

Hurrah! A well-deserved win for common sense and satisfying your primary customer ba...

The clothing giant revealed it would keep the gender-neutral facilities while creating new 'women only' spaces, which would continue to be accessible to trans women.

Scores of social media users were wrongly led to believe the company had implemented a strict new policy of single-sex fitting rooms.

Well, ladies, there's only one thing left to do, isn't there? Stop giving them your money. It's the only language they'll be unable to twist and contort.

A transgender prison officer who was caught with £3,500-worth of heroin in the car park of a Midlands jail has escaped a jail sentence.

Why was there a transgender prison officer in the first place? 

Prison bosses swooped in on Ollie Griffiths, 29, after a tip-off alleging he was smuggling in contraband for inmates at HMP Featherstone, Staffordshire. A court heard how multiple wraps of heroin were found in the footwell of his car, stuffed into a tube of Pringles crisps, on July 31.

Bang to rights! So how did she - for it is a she - escape with this? 

He was sentenced to a 12-month community order with 100 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £280 in costs.

Well, would you believe, CPS incompetence? Or laziness? Or desperately helping the Prison Service cover up their mistake in hiring this person?  

Griffiths - formerly known as Holly Griffiths - was spared jail after prosecutors charged him with possession of drugs, and not the more serious charge of intent to supply.

Even the judge said 'WTAF, dude?': 

Asked to explain the 'astonishing' decision by district judge Marcus Waite, Ms Fraser said that reviewing lawyers had told her to proceed on the lesser charge.

Gosh! I wish I could avoid awkward questions by saying 'big boys did it and ran away' when confronted... 

Richard Davenport, defending, said: 'He is no longer employed in the prison service. He has left his parents' address.

'There have been various problems with the family because of his transitioning. He is living in shared accommodation and has got work as a chef.'

Great! Food preparation. That's safer, right?

Indeed, while the court heard Dixon started to transition 18 years ago (and one source told me they believed might have undergone surgery), those living near him still assumed their neighbour be a man.

He is a man. He'll always be a man. He can get all the surgery he wants, paper his cell with worthless pieces of paper declaring him a legal woman. But it won't change one iota of what he is. 

So why is the 'Daily Mail' being so cagey? 

‘There was nothing to make us think he [as she referred to him] had become a woman,’ said Angela Spencer, 55, who lived two doors away from Dixon in Havant, Hampshire, where she moved into a council semi six years ago.

‘He never wore a dress, he always wore joggers or jeans, and he never carried a handbag or anything like that. Yes, he had his hair in a ponytail, but lots of men do that, don’t they? And he spoke in a man’s deep voice.’

Isn't it about time the media spoke in a truthful voice, instead of carrying on referring to Dixon as 'she' even in an article castigating the police for doing so...?

Sussex Police released a humiliating apology for defending the gender of a legally male paedophile online, after the Home Secretary said the force should be focusing on 'catching criminals' not 'policing pronouns'.

Dixon, who was born John Stephen Dixon, was convicted of 30 counts of indecent assaulted which took place in the late 1980s and 1990s before she transitioned. The youngest of Dixon’s victims was just seven years old at the time.

Stop referring to these people as 'she'. He's a man, and regardless of surgery or a legal document, will always be a man.

The court trying Dixon had heard there was no Gender Recognition Certificate changing their sex from male to female.

A jury took 17.5 hours to find Dixon - who will do 18 years' time in a women's prison -guilty on the charges, and not guilty on three more.

This is not a woman. So why is he in a women's prison? Get a grip!
