C'Mon Internet, Do Your Stuff, And Make Him Infamous

A postman wearing an England shirt has been caught on camera kicking a blind shih tzu ‘like a football’ - with it later dying from organ failure. Owner Eve Lewis, 40, said the man denied attacking her dog Ethel, but Ring doorbell footage showed that he had, just seconds after he handed over a parcel. The 11-year-old pet was partially blind and had only one tooth, so posed no threat, Ms Lewis said.

Utter bastard, and if not for video doorbells, he'd have got away with it. He still might, thanks to the uselesness of the authorities:

It is understood the postman has been suspended by Royal Mail.

Sadly, not from a tree, which is what he deserves!

A Thames Valley police spokesman said: 'No arrests have been made but there are ongoing enquiries regarding animal welfare and criminal damage incidents.'

They shouldn't take this long, should they, since it's on camera and the Post Office knows who he is?

Possession Of These Dogs Is Always By Those Who Should Not Have Them....

 Prove me wrong!

The 31-year-old, who runs a recovery business transporting cars, said he did not come home after being called by police because he was driving illegally after being disqualified from driving - and did not want to be caught.
This is the ongoing trial of Sean Garner, 31, who denies being the owner of the hellhound that ate a pensioner alive despite valient efforts by neighbours to come to his aid:
Courageous members of the public used makeshift weapons - including a broomstick, a golf club and a spirit level - as they attempted to rescue Mr McColl, who was screaming 'Help Me!'. Police had to shoot the dog ten times to neutralise it - nine times with a pistol and once with a shotgun - the court heard previously. Police 'did not take any chances' with the second dog, Malibu, who was shot dead at the scene as well.

And no wonder. Surely only Jim Corbett or Kenneth Anderson have witnessed such a scene of horror, and that not in an English suburban garden, but in a jungle where it is to be expected:

Prosecutor Birrell previously gave the jury graphic details of the injuries suffered by Mr McColl, who died in hospital a month after the attack. The hound had 'eaten him alive, he said, adding parts of Mr McColl's face were found in the animal's stomach when vets cut it open.
He said: 'It guarded him as if he were his prey. It had savaged him.
'There was no food in the dog's stomach, just parts of John McColl's face. And bits of plastic.
'The dog had attacked Mr McColl and it would just not let him go,' he added.

Always owned by the wrong people, perhaps because there's no right person to own one of these things. When he was called by the police to surrender himself for this atrocity, he sent his pregnant partner to face the music. This tells you all you need to know about the calibre of the man, doesn't it?

As does the lies he relied on to keep him out of trouble:

He also ran an Instagram page called Little and Large Bullies, the court heard, which he used to promote dogs for breeding. Garner has admitted he advertised Malibu for breeding as an XL bully, but he claimed it was because it was easier to sell puppies from that breed.

Reader, it wasn't. He knew what he had, and he knew that there were men like him out there that would want to buy these things.

Garner denies being the owner of a dog which caused injury while dangerously out of control. He has previously admitted two counts of possessing an XL bully without an exemption certificate relating to Toretto and Malibu. XL bullies were banned in December 2023.
The trial continues.

I would say its a foregone conclusion, but who really knows with the state of the UK justice system?

Well, Why Not? Who, After All, Was There To Stop Him?

Award-winning rapper Ghetts has been jailed for 12 years after killing a university student in a hit and run.

Not just an ordinary hit and run, either. A vehicular rampage that should sutely have attracted a bigger sentence.

The grime artist was speeding and over the drink-drive limit when he mowed down Nepalese national Yubin Tamang, 20, in north-east London. The musician, whose real name is Justin Clarke-Samuel, failed to stop after his BMW hit the 20-year-old in Ilford....CCTV footage showed a "quite appalling litany of incidents" leading up to the fatal collision which was "simply shocking".

And where were the traffic cops?  The roadside CCTV monitors? Nowhere.

Outlining the facts, prosecutor Philip McGhee said Clarke-Samuel had been drinking alcohol on the evening of Saturday October 18, 2025. He was said to be one and a half times over the legal drink-drive limit and was driving at speeds up to 70mph before the crash. As he drove his BMW M5 at speed back towards his home in Woodford, east London, he failed to stop at six red traffic lights, the court was told.
He repeatedly veered onto the wrong side of the road, mounted the curb and collided with a motorcyclist and a Mercedes, causing damage. He was going more than 60mph in a 30mph road before he hit Mr Tamang as he crossed Redbridge Lane, Ilford, at 11.33pm.Mr McGhee said: “Mr Tamang was still crossing the road. He could do nothing to avoid a collision. The defendant’s BMW ploughed into him. Mr Tamang was catapulted into the air before crashing down on the roadway. He sustained catastrophic injuries.
“The defendant nonetheless continued to drive his car along Redbridge Lane East and for around another eight miles, for over a quarter of an hour after the collision, before completing his journey close to his home address at 11.48pm.” The defendant made no call to emergency services and Mr Tamang died in hospital from his injuries two days later.

Bit much for a first offence? Reader, of course it wasn't!

The defendant had 12 previous convictions for 27 crimes.

And yet, in Britain 2026, was still at large to be a vehicular menace as well as a musical one.

As he sentenced him, the judge noted the father-of-two's "genuine remorse" and letters of support including from his partner setting out how he had used his career in music to make a positive impact on his community.

How naive was that judge!

We Know What It Means, Only Too Well

On Monday, I caught one of those ribbon-rippers in the act. Or should I say ribbon-snippers, because the young woman in front of me was mechanically cutting down the ribbons with a pair of dressmaking scissors. She had clearly come well-prepared that morning. Snip, snip, snip, she went, then stuffed the dangling pieces into her bag. It later transpired that this woman was called Nadia Yahlom, a 'Palestinian-Jewish artist' – I'm not sure what that means – who lives in the local area.

It means, as is so often in these cases, the British taxpayer, me, is unwittingkly bankrolling this antisemitic filth and her equally disgusting husband through our taxes.

And as usual, when caught acting as their vile religion demands, the excuse is immediate; 'the Jews are behind it!'

The husband of a North London woman who cut off yellow ribbons for Jewish hostages held captive in Gaza says he and his wife have been attacked by a group of people 'working for Mossad'.

Followed by the other usual tactic; claim victimhood.

Meanwhile, a woman who said she was Ms Yahlom's mother told The Times that her daughter had been 'pounded by death threats' since the incident, including at her daughter's school and at university.

Well, there's one way to avoid death threats, and that's 'don't be the sort of evil, brainwashed anntisemitic bitch that destroys others' messages of hope', or if you must be that, be it in a Third World shithole, not Britain.

The Sort Of People That Have These Dogs...

...are always showing us that they are the very last people that should have them.

Justin Allison's pet Rocco ran towards the youngster, 12, before sinking its teeth into her arm - leaving the bone and tendon exposed. The 37-year-old, from Blaenau Gwent, has admitted criminal offences following the dog attack in Nantyglo.

Did he help get his 'pet' off the girl? Reader, no...

Prosecutor Lisa Lewis told Newport Magistrates' Court that the girl had been walking with her dad on October 7 when they heard shouting behind them.
'She saw a dog running very fast towards her and it reached her in seconds. As it got closer it began growling at her and she felt very scared and turned to run to her dad,' Ms Lewis said. The off-the-lead dog, Rocco, jumped on the girl's back and as she covered her head it latched onto her arm. The prosecutor said: 'It was on her arm for a matter of seconds.
'The next thing she could remember was her dad on top of the dog, wrestling it.
'She has then walked into the middle of the road to shout for help. The dog owner has then appeared. She said he walked over but didn't come close and wouldn't do anything.
'She described him as not being bothered to help her dad while she was shouting in the middle of the road. She managed to push her dad in the direction of the owner and he managed to put a lead on the dog.

Not clear who applied the lead, the owner of the dog or the dad, but we can say whoever it was, they didn't apply it to the throat tightly enough, or for long enough.

'The owner, Allison told the girl and her dad that if anyone wanted him he would be at his home nearby. 'He did not offer any assistance at all,' the prosecutor continued.

If not for her father's actions, it seems likely she'd kave been killed by this thing.

'The girl's mum arrived and had a go at the defendant asking why there was no muzzle on the dog. The dog then tried to go for her mum but thankfully the defendant told the mum to go away and pulled the dog back.'

Police have thankfully destroyed the mutt, but society is sadly stuck with the owner.

Allison, of Lilian Grove in Ebbw Vale, admitted being in charge of a dog that was dangerously out of control causing injury, possessing a dangerous dog, and possessing an offensive weapon in a private place. He will be sentenced for those charges in January but the magistrates did impose a sentence over an incident in which Allison was caught drug-driving in Brynmawr.

Always other criminality with the owners of these things, isn't there?

The defendant, who is single and unemployed, has depression and anxiety. He lives with his grandparents and receives £248 per fortnight in benefits.

We, the taxpayer, are paying his bills. Why?

He Used It For The Very Reason He Bought It

Most of the media reports of the court case that has resulted in a well-deserved guilty verdict for the owner of the XL bully that savaged a man to death in the street have led the reader to believe that this stemmed from another 'dog on dog' attack, with the dangerous mutt launching its attack on the owner's dog and his death becoming 'collateral damage' as a result when the beast turned on him.

But actually, that's not so:
The American XL bully owner whose dog killed a neighbour “failed to control” it as he chased the victim suspecting he had put out a window at his home, it has emerged.
Following the smashing of a window at his home, Bell was said to have run from his address with his two dogs to chase Mr Langley, who he thought was responsible. After a short pursuit, one of Bell’s dogs, an XL Bully named ‘Titan’, grabbed Mr Langley by the throat, causing catastrophic injuries.

He owned weapon dogs, and he used them as a weapon in the street.

“It was clear from the evidence in this case that Bell had not attempted to control the dog as he chased Ian Langley, admitting in a police interview that his primary focus had been to catch Mr Langley.
“It was for this reason that he did not think to intervene in his dog’s pursuit.”

He bought it for that pursuit, he used it for that pursuit. He murdered that man as surely as if he'd shot him, it's just that the weapon he used wasn't a gun.

Following his guilty plea, Bell was told by Judge Robert Adams that, “all sentencing options will be open to the court” when he returns to be sentenced in the New Year. He asked the Probation Service to prepare a background report on Bell prior to the sentencing hearing.

Not sure what 'background report is needed here, he deliberately set the dog on that man. Why is he not charged with that offence?

50% Accuracy In The Headline...

It follows an incident in Barking town centre on November 8, 2022 where the 94-year-old victim was approached by suspects who stole his wallet whilst he was hugged as part of a distraction robbery.
Det Sgt Sarah Osborne, of the Met’s East Area Command, said: “Muresan targeted the victim because he was elderly and vulnerable – a decision that ended his life and placed Muresan behind bars.
“The victim had lived in Barking for more than 30 years.”
There's no way this man is 'a Dagenham man', is there?
Police enquiries continue in a bid to identify Muresan's associates.

Add an extra year on his sentence for each one he fails to identify. And deport the lot.

There's Nothing 'Shocking' About This...

...this is a typical dangerous dog owner, and a usual response when they do attempt to halt their beast's rampage (usually they run away).

This is the shocking moment a pet owner repeatedly kicked a crazed dog as it mauled another pooch after a row broke out on the street. The fight, believed to have happened in Irvine, Scotland, is said to have started with two people fighting before one person removed the muzzle from their hound's mouth.

These people are as feral as their animals, and have as little place in society as them. Sunak shouild have ordered a cull, not just a ban.

Another man can be seen shoving a walking stick between the dogs in a futile attempt to separate them.

Sounds like he was applying that walking stick too gently and to the wrong miscreant,

Speaking of the distressing incident, one witness wrote on X: 'It wouldn't let go its jaw locked on the poor dog.'
MailOnline has contacted Police Scotland for comment.

Ah, the myth of the 'locking jaw' assumed by idiots to be the cause, rather than face up to the fact that these dogs are bred to bite and hold on no matter what.

At The Risk Of Sounding Like Mick Dundee...

"That's not a tragedy..."
A 17-year-old boy was killed and three others were injured in a horror crash after a police chase ended in tragedy. The teenager died after the car smashed into a tree just before midnight on July, 21 near Bosty Lane in Aldridge, near the junction with Daw End, in Walsall.
"...this is a tragedy."
A man has been left seriously injured after a car smashed through the wall of his house and ended up in his living room. The terrifying incident took place on Friday evening, with dramatic pictures showing a white Vauxhall Corsa burrowed inside the front room.

Frankly, the more of these idiots that slam into a tree (Sorry, tree!) and kill themselves, instead of injuring innocent members of the public, the better.

Well, As Excuses Go...

...I have to say it's really not the best. Is it, Reader? I almost pity his defence...

Mr Rogers added that the defendant, a self-employed grounds worker, has health issues as he has had seizures. He is awaiting tests at a centre in Walton on Merseyside. His late mother had epilepsy.

Social services are now involved, so surely the child's safety is now assured, eh?

The judge, His Honour Rhys Rowlands, told Bielby he had been 'entirely reckless as regards the child'.

And the child's mother? Wasn't she a tiny bit reckless too?

Not Letting A Tragedy Go To Waste...

Former Lib Dem transport minister Norman Baker, has long campaigned against 4x4s on environmental grounds and believes they should face higher taxes to drive them off the road.
He told MailOnline: 'While they are useful for farmers, they are completely inappropriate for urban locations, and clearly more dangerous and have a bigger impact if a collision occurs.
'The taxation system should be changed to reflect that they are antisocial vehicles. We need to increase tax on them and make it social unacceptable to drive them in cities.'

Some of the victims of what's looking like a tragic accident that could have happened to a bus driver of lorry driver (all large heavy vehicles) are still in hospital.

But don't let that stop you clutching their tattered blood-soaked clothing to your breast while you indulge yourself, eh. Norman?

Not that you're the only rabid authoritarian out there...

John Scruby, a road safety campaigner and former policeman, suggested drivers of 4x4s could face extra tests before being allowed on the roads.
He told MailOnline: 'People in outlying areas need these vehicles, but I'm not sure that parents on the school run do.

How about we let people decide what they need, rather than some jumped up little popinjay?

'Drivers need to be aware that they're in a four-ton killing machine and they need to be used accordingly.

If the driver did suffer a medical episode, she wouldn't have been aware of anything, would she?

'As police officers we needed to take a separate course to drive a heavy vehicle. That's something we could look at with 4x4 drivers more generally.'

Hasn't stopped your former colleagues killing people while driving, has it?

It's OK, Stephanie, They Have The Answers Down Pat...

Stephanie, 33, said social services 'will have a lot of questions to answer', adding: 'It makes you stick sick to your stomach to think what Alfie might have been subjected to behind closed doors. Why didn't social services do more before it was too late?'
After all, they've had so much practice over the years, haven't they?
The family was known to social services - not least because Howell had an order in place preventing him from staying at the house, which he routinely flouted. Neighbours also made repeated calls to police after hearing screaming and crying coming from both inside and outside the family home.
A safeguarding review will now explore what more could have been done to save Alfie.

The people in charge of preventing these cases should have done their jobs. There. That's your review.

And if it seems like déjà vu, well, it's what's always said in cases like this, as the people in charge of preventing cases like these scramble to distance themselves:

Det Ch Insp Harding said the case had not been referred to the Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC), because it "did not meet the criteria", despite officers' contact with the family.

If this didn't, what would? Maybe those criteria should change?

Nigel Huddleston, MP for Mid-Worcestershire, described the case as "absolutely horrendous". "We must endeavour to learn lessons from Alfie's murder to help ensure that such a horrific event never happens again," he added.

Keep that phrase somewhere, Nigel, because I'd bet you (or some other MP) will be trotting it out again at the next preventable child murder. Just remember to cross out the name 'Alfie', eh?

Time To Round Up The Usual Suspects?

An animal charity is hunting for an animal abuser who beheaded a cat and placed it at a London playground in a 'uniquely disturbing' incident.
The black and white cat's head was discovered by staff at Homerton Grove Adventure Playground in Hackney on April 24 around 3.30pm, when the staff member opened the park for the afternoon.
Hackney, eh? Isn't that not too far from Islington?

Respect? You Don't Know The Meaning Of The Word...

Mr Dunn junior was arrested on suspicion of being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control at 5.50pm that day and told officers: 'My mum's just died, you have no respect.'

She didn't drop down dead of a heart attack, she was mauled to death by one of your dogs..!

When interviewed he provided a prepared statement in which he denied breeding dogs or having a website advertising dog breeding.

Oh, really? And did the police just accept that? Maybe HMRC should be looking into him instead, at least they seem to have some teeth...

He said all dogs were chipped and registered but refused to provide chip details, the inquest was told.

Well, surely a vet could provide that by scanning the bodies?

He agreed to sign over the five adult bulldogs to police and they were euthanised, Mr Rebello said.

Anyone else might say 'getting rid of the evidence', eh, Reader..?

Following advice from the Crown Prosecution Service, no further action was taken against Mr Dunn Junior.

Would that be because it would have raised too many questions about their lack of action over a previous incident, perhaps?

Mr Rebello recorded a narrative verdict into her death, telling the inquest he did not consider it an accident or misadventure. He added: 'These are very, very powerful animals and the amount of damage caused to Ann is so significant I can't even begin to describe it in court.
'Hopefully people will be aware that dogs of this size are probably not best kept in this number in a domestic setting.'
He said it was not against the law, but 'not everything has to be against the law to be unwise'.

Perhaps it's time it was against the law?

Following her death, Mrs Dunn's family described her as a 'one in a million mum'.

If only her shitstain of a son was too, but there seems to be a lot more of them walking the streets and breathing the air...

Five Months Hard Work Down The Drain...

David Avhanvhondo, 56, was stopped and arrested by undercover officers deployed to the area to conduct overnight patrols, at around 4am on February 12, following a five-month investigation.

They are to be commended, because getting the police to take proper notice of animal cruelty is a Herculean task. So what went wrong?

The case against a man accused of animal cruelty offences, after about 20 cats were found dead in north London, has been dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).

Oh.

David Avhanvhondo, 56, had pleaded not guilty to two offences at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court last month.
The CPS told the same court on Friday the case had been discontinued because it no longer met its legal test. The CPS said "there was no longer a realistic prospect of conviction".

And that's that. No-one asks why? No-one asks why they thought there was a realistic prospect initially? They don't need to explain why they think there isn't one now?

Signs And Portents...

I took my mother to her GP for a blood pressure check at the weekend - not that we saw a GP, the practice nurse did it - and this is one of the plethora of hectoring signs that greeted us as we sat waiting...

If I'd had a pen, I might have added 'If they stopped gossiping to each other while the surgery phone rings fruitlessly they might stand a better chance of overhearing something...' while we were waiting.

But the utter arrogance of feeling entitled to put up a sign that basically says 'If you dare clue any new patients into what a lousy service we provide, home you go!' is breathtaking, isn't it?

Monday, 16 May 2022

No, You're Wrong There, Hackney Police...

...they actually showed the arrogance and entitlement of a certain section of the ‘community’ very accurately.

Some social media accounts appear to urge people to go to the area to protest an 'immigration raid'.
Alex Marshall, president of the Independent Workers of Great Britain, wrote on Twitter: 'IMMIGRATION RAID HAPPENING NOW IN HACKNEY KINGSLAND RD/ASHWIN ST JUNCTION.
'Three people have been detained and crowds gathering to resist. If you are nearby please get down. We need people! SHARE SHARE SHARE'
Do this twat for incitement, instead of reflexively cringing in the face of manufactured outrage from the usual suspects.

Why Do We Let Them Get Away With This?

An alleged gunman said a QC was talking to him "like a piece of s***" before a murder trial was halted because he had a headache.

He was doing his job. Though it's hard to escape the conclusion that he was treating you exactly as you deserve.

The unemployed 26-year-old, who left school without any qualifications, has been accompanied throughout the trial by an intermediary, to assist him with following proceedings.

*sighs*

Shortly after the lunchtime break, High Court judge Mr Justice Stephen Morris called jurors back into court and thanked them for their "patience".
He said: "As you may have been aware, the evidence of Mr Murphy was paused because he's not feeling well and he is not feeling well enough to continue today.
"So I am going to ask you to go home for the day. But just to say this, the aim is to continue with his evidence tomorrow."

We don't force them into court to face the music, and now we let them off when they have a headache. Why the hell does the justice system bother with a dock at all?

I Hope They Take You (And Your Failed Parents) To The Cleaners...

A police officer's son who killed two men while drug-driving is being sued for more than £200,000 by one of their families.
Hang on..? Surely this isn't..? Yes. It is.
Magistrates spared Mr Coopey jail when he appeared in court and imposed costs of £105 which they said his parents could pay, but that the teenager should do chores around the house to make up for it.
However, Mr Imi's wife Sarah has since launched a civil action against Mr Coopey for compensation over the death of her husband, who leaves behind three children.
It was understood that Mr Shackley's family is also suing.

The best of British luck to you both, since British justice has failed you so abysmally.

'Don't Give Them A Licence'? Yeah, That'll Work...

An international puppy smuggling ring has been jailed for a total of 18 years for selling animals online that had been so badly treated they died before they new owners got them home.

International ring? Is this the dastardly Eastern Europeans again?

The gang of smugglers, many of them from the Irish Cawley traveller family...

Ah, of course.

...made more than £300,000 in a sophisticated fraud designed to dupe innocent dog owner's out of their hard-earned cash.

I wonder why HMRC don't take as big an interest as they do in TV stars? I guess squalid caravan sites don't hold the same appeal as plush London offices...

Today after a two-day sentencing hearing at Aylesbury Crown Court, Judge Sheridan said: 'Not one of the defendants in this case should ever be given a licence to breed animals.'

Oh, bless! Judge Sheridan thinks this would make a blind bit of difference!

'The effects referred to in this case cannot be regarded by the public as anything other than utterly abhorrent.
'This is a trade in cruelty and misery for the animals and the human beings who sought to buy them. The protection of the public must be foremost in my mind.
'This is a massive industry and that is all it is, an industry of misery.'

It's the only sort of 'work' they are ever likely to indulge in.
