If you're thinking that it looks like a cut and paste job from Facebook....well, who am I to disagree?
It's certainly not from comments on the original story!
It's really a mystery why so many local newspapers have taken to running these on your browser, isn't it?
So, does anyone feel a need to fund this sort of 'important journalism'..? Anyone? Bueller?

It's just spit, and is probably the way a dog of his sort marks territory like another dog on a lead - or Americans going to the moon (see Heinlein quote). It's probably against his religion to put it in a handkerchief. And people wonder why the BAME contingent have poor health? Betcha he doesn't wash his hand after wiping his arse, either.
I've promised myself that one day I will urinate on Ted Heath's grave - spit is not enough. I think I may have to plead incontinence as it's in Salisbury Cathedral - an abomination because the devil who subjected us to Miner's Strike and the 3 day week, and took us into the EEC without asking, doesn't deserve to be in hallowed ground.
Anon, might it be possible to smuggle a drop in if it's in a test tube? Ted richly deseves a bucket full but a bit would be something.
