Armed police descended on a street after a woman was savaged by her own bulldogs today.
An address in St Helens, Merseyside, was the centre of a large emergency response scene, including two police cars, police dogs, an ambulance and a fire engine.
Merseyside Police said a woman was seriously injured and rushed to hospital after her four dogs attacked her inside her home.Woman. Bulldogs. Armed police. Liverpool.
A Merseyside Police spokesperson said: 'The woman sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
'The dogs have been seized by Merseyside Police.'
They should have all been despatched at the scene. When will we ever learn?

Dogs of this type should be treated like firearms and licensed! This includes not being being taken out in public unless being secured/unloaded.

If we do what needs to be done with these animals, I mean the dogs, we might need a Korean cook book. To show us how to wok the dog.
I completely agree, the police should destroy such dogs on sight. Let the owners sue if they dare.
