It's Who They Are, It's What They Do....

Three years ago, Dr Eithan Haim exposed Texas Children's Hospital for secretly performing illegal sex change procedures are being on minors as young as 11.

And was he thanked fot bringing such actions to the attention of the authorities, while the criminals carrying them out went into hiding and tried to cover up what they had been doing? Reader, no. That's what happens in a sane world, and we aren't living in one.

Dr Kristy Rialon tried to 'destroy' his career by spreading 'malicious' lies about him after he blew the whistle on their program, according to a lawsuit obtained by the Daily Mail. Rialon, 43, posted several 'anonymous defamatory reviews' on Haim's WebMD profile, alleging that he was 'mutilating and raping his patients', the complaint said. In one post, she even pretended to be a patient and detailed how he allegedly raped her, the filing stated.

Strange how what the Left accuse others of doing is always what they turn out to have been doing themselves, isn't it?

The DOJ, FBI and Health and Human Services department launched an investigation into the allegations in 2024, but the Trump Administration has since dismissed the case with prejudice because it was 'founded on lies, not facts or law.'
Haim's complaint is backed by billionaire Elon Musk and his social media platform X, which the doctor alleged enabled him to 'fight back against an unjust prosecution.'

One to watch, and don't forget the popcorn.

Racism In Football - Is This An Own Goal?

Sentencing Quadri, from Dartford, District Judge Louisa Cieciora said: ‘You demonstrated hostility based on the victim's race and of course it was in a public forum.
‘I have to take into account the wider context - particularly that footballers have been taking the knee in all games to demonstrate their ongoing commitment to fight racism and all forms of discrimination, and the fact that the comment is likely to be seen by a wider audience, and the harm caused by racism is of course pervasive and should never be underestimated.'

He was upset a black footballer passed the ball to a white teammate, and clearly felt not a twinge of shame about stating it so clearly no-one could deny he was racist.

Prosecutor Frances McCormack told Westminster Magistrates' Court Quadri used the the name @quadz19 on X when he made the post. This was reported to the football association and the police began investigating it.
Mr McCormack said: 'He stated in an interview that he didn’t think the comments were offensive because he was a black male himself, so he did make partial admissions but not full admissions.
'He made the comment because in that particular match at that particular time the previous four people who had scored a goal for England had been black, and he said that if Mr Wilson had scored a goal there would have been an all black scoring sheet.'

His brief could only fall back on his age as a possible excuse.

James Powell, defending Quadri, said: 'This is an indication more of immaturity rather than wickedness.
'There’s been no offending before or since this one act of immaturity which may be the only act of immaturity he’s ever committed in his life.'

Should have ended that with 'so far'.

Now They Are Financially Bankrupt...

Brighton Council has warned it is in 'financial peril' and will have to cut millions of pounds in spending next year to balance its books - after Nottingham City Council declared itself 'bankrupt'.
...instead of just morally bankrupt.
Ms Sankey said: 'The council's finances are in an extremely perilous position. 'There was absolutely nothing in the autumn statement to provide relief for this council or local authorities who have faced a decade of heartless central government austerity, or any real-world financial help for struggling families.
'Demand for our services is increasing, especially in key areas like adult social care, children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and homelessness, which is putting pressure on other services.'

Well, maybe you should spend what you have on those, and not on idiotic things no-one wants..?

The Labour council leader added: 'We're being forced to look at every one of the 400 services we provide and start the extremely difficult process of deciding what are priority services and what aren't.'

You've already decided on that, though, and we can see what the ratepayers think of your choices.

'To put it bluntly, the less money we have the less services we can provide.'

It's 'fewer services', love.

Is It The Ides Of March Already?

It seems to come around so quickly...
Four Labour shadow cabinet members are on resignation watch tonight after Keir Starmer failed to quell Labour wrath over the Israel-Hamas conflict - as the party faces a possible implosion following the leader's silence on Gaza at PMQs.
I can't say that I'm not amused, despite the despicable reason they give for it, because it couldn't happen to a more deserving chap, could it?
Sir Keir seemed to be desperately trying to avoid inflaming the issue at today's PMQs, using all his six questions at the weekly Commons clash to target Rishi Sunak on domestic issues. But his tactics were immediately undermined when shadow equalities minister Yasmin Qureshi stood up and demanded: 'How many more innocent Palestinian people must die before this prime minister calls for a humanitarian ceasefire?'
You wanted these people in your party, you courted them, you promoted them, and now they have shown you what they were all along. They're yours. Own them.

A Culture Clash In The Wings…

Nearly two-thirds of bosses believe that workers will return to the office five days a week within the next three years, while a majority of company leaders think pay and promotions could become linked to workplace attendance, according to a survey.

Oh, OK, well. they are entitled to believe that. What do the actual workers believe, though?

Multiple employee surveys in recent years have shown that most workers have no desire to return to their desks full-time, with some saying they would quit their jobs if current workplace flexibility was taken away.

Well, we're going to live in interesting times then, aren't we?

More Of This, Please!

The video, which has now gone viral, shows a confident Trudeau waving at supporters who had lined up to meet him as he marches up to greet them with his security guards standing just yards away. The 51-year-old shakes someone's hand and waves at a child in a stroller before attempting to shake the hand of another crowd member who says: 'I'm not shaking your hand bro, you're a f***ing piece of s***.'

One wonders what he was doing in the crowd. Waiting for this chance?

And of course, with the typical arrogance of the politician, Trudeau stops to argue. After all, he can surely get the better of his heckler, can't he?

Trudeau looks visibly taken aback and asks; 'Why's that, sir?' The man replies: 'You f***ed up the entire country.
Trudeau then asks: 'How did I mess up this country?' The man replies: 'Can anybody afford a home?' He starts ranting about carbon taxes asking what the people are getting charged for. Trudeau calmly explains that the government is putting the price on pollution and 'returning it to families like yours'.
'You're sending it over to Ukraine, right?' the man counters. 'You're sending it over to the guy you were with who slaughtered his own country.'

So, how does a world leader, a man supposedly selected for his quick thinking and mature outlook, handle this?

Before walking off, Trudeau says: 'You've been listening to Putin have you?'
'You know a lot of Russian disinformation.'

Yes. Like a five year old losing a playground spat. What a statesman!

This Is Why I Love IT...

...it shines a light on 'unacceptable reality' that the progressives desperately want to ignore, but really can't.

They do try, though, even if it's futile:

Gloria Morrison, a co-founder of Jengba (Joint Enterprise Not Guilty By Association), which brought the legal action that led to the prosecutions being monitored for racial bias, said: “The data has proven that joint enterprise charging is not simply disproportionate against black and working-class defendants, it is a useful tool to gather up as many convictions as possible using what is clearly a racist doctrine that has no place in the British justice system.”

No, sweetie, that's not what it shows at all. And you know it.

Let's See Them Argue This One!

The former head of the MI6 who was in charge during the UK's invasion of Iraq has claimed scientists' warnings about the dangers of artificial intelligence can't necessarily be trusted because of incorrect claims they made about Covid-19.
Sir Richard Dearlove said that as 'brilliant' scientists had gone 'off piste' during the pandemic, he was sceptical of experts telling him AI will destroy humanity.

Oh boy, get the popcorn!

This should just be enough...

'They actually used their knowledge and speciality to influence government policy.
'So at the moment, I am in a mood to be quite sceptical when some brilliant scientist says to me "I know all about this and I am going to tell you authoritatively what is going to happen".'
He said he reacts with a degree of cynicism when scientists share extreme information in regards to AI.

I react with 'a degree of cynicism' these days to everything!

How'd You Like Your 'Community Action' Now, Lefties?

At least a quarter of the cameras in London's newly expanded Ultra Low Emission Zone have been damaged by vandals, new data reveals.
Campaigners this week have stepped up efforts to deface the cameras installed in wake of mayor Sadiq Khan's controversial extension of the scheme, which is now clobbering thousands more drivers with £12.50 a day charges.
A crowd-sourced map appears to show that 450 of the 1,762 cameras installed to monitor cars in the zone are damaged or missing, The Telegraph reported.

Oh, the populace is rising up against hated installations and vandalising them because of what they represent? Well, councils, you know what to do, don't you?

Or...is this somehow different?

What's The French For 'Tried It, But It Doesn't Work'..?

Dog owners in the southern French town of Béziers are to be required to carry their pet’s “genetic passport” in a trial scheme to reduce dog excrement on the streets.

Sounds....familiar, doesn't it, Reader? I think I know the French term for that..!

Local mayor Robert Ménard, a former journalist and co-founder of Reporters Sans Frontières, says inhabitants and visitors are fed up with faeces on the town’s pavements. He plans to introduce a two-year experiment to trace and fine those who fail to clear up after their pets.

A noble endeavour indeed!

“We have to punish to make people behave better,” Ménard, elected on a far-right ticket in 2014 and reelected in 2020, told France Bleu radio. Under the planned scheme, dog owners will be required to take their pets to a vet or ask one of the town’s veterinary specialists for a free saliva sample, which will be genetically tested and a document issued. Those subsequently stopped without their dog’s genetic passport will be fined €38 (£32.60).

"... the thorny issue of whether or not panthers, lynx and black leopards roam Scotland has been taken seriously by several official bodies."

Clearly, not official bodies who understand that panthers and black leopards are the same animal...
Researchers obtained 86 pages of correspondence and pictures under freedom of information laws from Police Scotland, the Scottish Government and NatureScot.

Oh, impeccable sources then! And yes, Reader, there are pictures. Out of focus, fuzzy pictures. That clearly show large black cats.

None of them black leopards! Or even wild boar.

They include tantalising reports about spates of livestock killings where sheep carcasses were stripped of meat in a way which didn’t resemble fox or bird attacks, and one officer who recorded three to four sightings of a big cat.

A wee dram or two taken, perchance..?

...a police officer told Scottish Wildcat Action about ‘lots of reports of big cat sightings and activity on the north coast’. The officer said: ‘I was present when a ewe was brought in off the hill with two puncture marks on the front of her right shoulder and two at the back of it. The wounds were over three inches apart.’ Other carcasses had ‘very large puncture marks into bone’.

Better add 'jaguar' to the list of imaginary beasts roaming in the gloaming then...

Could The Left Wing Establishment Get Its Story Straight..?

Is Nigel Farage a bumbling joke politician, a one-shot busted flush?

Or a wily operator who engineered the fall from grace of a banking executive, helpless to avoid the pitfall he led her into?

The Telegraph’s story, which was based on information requests Farage had made to the bank, appeared to contradict an earlier BBC story which had said that Coutts had ousted him for falling below its financial thresholds, rather than concerns about his views.
Rose herself came under fire when it emerged that she had sat next to the BBC’s business editor, Simon Jack, at a function the previous night.

It's popcorn time every day, lately, isn't it?

"They Won't Have BoJo To Kick Around Anymore..."

His departure stunned Rishi Sunak and there was dismay in No 10 at the prospect of a fresh round of Tory bloodletting.
Mr Johnson's decision to go comes three and a half years after he won a landslide election victory, and will raise fresh doubts about whether the Conservatives can hang on to power at next year's election.
Après moi, le déluge, indeed...
Mr Johnson's decision to go came just hours after his close ally Nadine Dorries quit when she was blocked from receiving a peerage in his resignation honours. Their departures mean the PM faces a difficult double by-election. And Tory whips were last night on red alert for the possibility of more resignations among Mr Johnson's supporters.
It could be a deluge to rival the Kakhovka Dam, at that!

Challenge ACCEPTED!

Judge Usha Karu told him: ‘You need to get representation as soon as possible. These are serious charges you face.’

Over to you, Mr Defendant!

Johnston replied: ‘I am someone who knows quite well how to represent myself in legal matters. I thought I would represent myself.
‘I have been arrested for matters I have not committed. I have not been able to get that point across to anyone.’

Oooohhhh!

Johnston is expected to enter not guilty pleas on April 24 and his trial date is fixed for July 17 this year.

Wait, wait, need to get ready...

That's better!

When Two Tribes Go To War...

Well, this is going to be rather interesting. Perhaps, for once, the race baiters have bitten off a bit more than they can chew. Because there's something the headlines and the rabble rousing MP have omitted...

 Better buy popcorn shares!

Must Be A Trick Question....

After all, they are both cyclists!

The rider of the second bike, who had been travelling quickly down the cycle route, does not see the first commuter pull out from behind a parked van until it is too late.

Wouldn't have seen anything in time to stop, so thank god it wasn't a pensioner or child...

And I Always Thought He Was A Useless Slacker...

...turned out he did do something worthwhile!
In her resignation letter, Baird said Raab had “encouraged her to apply” for her role rather than being reappointed, as her predecessor had been. She did so, but said she was then “brusquely informed” in early July that there would be no appointment from the process, told she could reapply and asked to stay in post until December.
Gosh, he scraped you off his shoe like you were something nasty he'd stepped in, eh, Vera?
“Victims need to be acknowledged in the criminal justice system, not to bend it in their direction, but to give them basic procedural justice, dignity and support,” she said. “Because if they continue to be treated poorly, they don’t recover from a crime we have failed to protect them from in the first place and participation in the criminal justice system collapses.”

Oh, despite my frequent blasts at the criminal justice system, you have to admit, Vera, it does produce the right result more often than not...

Should Have Been Like Caesar's Wife, Azeem...

The ECB are set to investigate allegations that Azeem Rafiq used anti-Semitic and homophobic language during his playing career, which could lead to the former Yorkshire spinner being put on another misconduct charge.
Sportsmail published explosive claims about Rafiq on Thursday from former team-mates and opponents, who claim the anti-racism campaigner abused players with the words 'Jew' and 'f****t', as well as fat-shaming children when coaching at Barnsley Cricket Club.
Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear...
The 31-year-old denies all the allegations and has claimed they are part of a smear campaign designed to undermine him.
Sure they are... 😏

Oh, Suddenly, It's An Emergency..?

The mayor of New York, Eric Adams, on Friday declared a state of emergency...

Oh, weather related? They get some bad storms ov...

Wait!

...amid an influx of migrants sent to the city by the Republican governor of Texas.

Ha ha ha ha ha! Wait, wait, I'm missing something.

 Ah, there it is!

“There was never any agreement to take on the job of supporting thousands of asylum seekers,” Adams said on Friday.

Yeah, there was - you just thought it would fall on your political enemies.

“This responsibility was simply handed to us without warning as buses began showing up. There is no playbook for this, no precedent.”

Yeah, there is - Texas, where they stream over the border in their tens of thousands.

In a New York Post column in August, Abbott accused Adams of hypocrisy over border policy.
“Adams talked the talk about being a sanctuary city – welcoming illegal immigrants into the Big Apple with warm hospitality,” the Republican wrote. “Talk is cheap. When pressed into fulfilling such ill-considered policies, he wants to condemn anyone who is pressing him to walk the walk.”

Delicious!
