Perhaps someone should piss on their sparklers & tell them that with the exception of the "Coup Counters" & the "Penal Battalions" (which originated in the German Wermacht of WWII .. as did the units of Feldjaegerkorps, whose job it was to prevent desertions & return stragglers to fighting units) ..
Everything else in the article had been done before .. by the British ..(including submersible trials in the River Thames) ..
Bless 'em .. they mean well .. but who in their right minds ever trusted 'em with Nuclear Weapons ?
Personally, I'd be reluctant to let them loose with a sharp pencil ..
