From a people watching perspective you simply haven't lived until you've been to the Metro Centre (from recent experience I can attest that apparently wearing a pink velour tracksuit, bottoms tucked untidily into socks is the de rigueur fashion statement there - just don't even ask what the females are wearing).
Just remember to ensure your health insurance covers diaphragmatic injuries (from laughing too much) and the obligatory mental/optical bleaching (to try desperately to forget some of what you've seen)

I rather like Lakeside in preference to Bluewater. But I'm a veteran people watcher and Lakeside is a target rich environment to be sure.
Oh Snap!
That was my first thought as well
Knightsbridge?
Maybe this evil fat tart could be a young Jabba the Hut?

The CJ system really knows how to punish the wrongdoer and defend the children of the poor eh?
As for freaks and mutants at Bluewater....it got a whole lot worse when they ran that bus route from Plumstead and Woolwich.
Ever been to Swanley Market? Spoiled for choice mutant -wise.
Try Tower Hamlets, Bradford and Brixton - or am I only allowed to attack the natives?

Lakeside is pretty good but Romford town centre on a Saturday afternoon for the choicest mutants!
Andover on a Friday night was where they filmed the bar scene in Total Recall
