It's rather excessive to claim that a choice of language makes you "sick to the stomach" but the wording is unpleasant.
Feeding, whether breast or formula milk, is feeding and I don't see how any type of feeding can be artificial. The OED won't help with this because it's nonsense.
The other point is the widespread pressure on new mothers to breast feed which is reinforced by normative language - if you're artificially feeding your baby can you really be doing what's best for it.
Yes that snowflakey mom needs to get over herself but it is also the case that the Breast-Is-BeϞt renta mob are following the Tobacco Control Industry play book and doing their best to turn moms who formula feed into pariahs, no doubt someone has already coined the phrase 'Big Baby Milk'.
