OK, so it looks like Asperger's is this year's 'depression'.
It's certainty an awful condition but the one thing that could indisputably make it worse for sufferers is allowing it be used as an excuse by every perv and scrote on the planet.
I assume the (legal aid funded?) defence brief produced medical reports dated some time before the incident? If not, could be just excuse number 147 put before naive, she, magistrates.
