Oh, Wales...

A 102-year-old great-grandfather with dementia died days after he was allegedly pushed off stage in his local pub after making a noise complaint.
A 56-year-old man from Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, was arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm, and remains under investigation.

Another act of midless savagery from the Land of the Dragon Bully Dog...

Philip is understood to have been visiting the pub for a drink when he went onto a stage in the venue to complain about the volume of the music.
Robert said: "He just asked them to turn the music down." He said his father turned around to come back down off the stage when he was pushed, and that resulted in a broken hip."[That's] the most upsetting part. He wasn't going to live forever but it's not a nice way, obviously in pain," he said. "We want to see justice, of course. "They must have known he was an old man. It makes you wonder what the world is coming to."

Frequently, yes...

Det Ch Insp Shelley Comley, senior investigating officer for Gwent Police, said: "We understand the public interest in this incident but want to remind people that, not only is this an active criminal investigation, but there is a family at the heart of it processing the loss of a loved one." She urged people to "consider the impact that inaccurate or speculative comments" including "online commentary" could have.

This boilerplate has to be stuck onto every police statement now, doesn't it?

The Same Old Sob Stories To Excuse Savagery...

Mitigating for Miles, Brenda Campbell KC, said Mr Fowler was an entirely innocent victim and the defendant was 'profoundly sorry' for his actions. He had a background of abuse and trauma in his home life, had problems with his mental health from the age of 10 and reported hearing voices at the age of 12.

Which is offered as a reason why he gouged out the eye of a complete stranger to him, a pensioner, then beat that pensioner 19 times over the head with his own walking stick and stamped on his head 8 times.

Later, his mother had raised concern that he was having 'delusions about religion' but that he had stopped smoking cannabis, Ms Campbell said. The barrister suggested there were 'missed opportunities' for medical professionals to spot the warning signs that Miles was unwell.

Ya think?!?

Judge Judy Khan KC sentenced Miles to a hospital order with restrictions after hearing he needed ongoing treatment at Broadmoor secure psychiatric hospital. The judge said she would outline her reason for the decision later.

I think we can all guess...

The court was told Miles was likely to spend years in hospital before he is well enough to be released back into the community.

Maybe he should be released into some other country's community instead of ours, how about that?

Why Not, Gaslighting Works Even When There's Video...

...after all, we've all seen video of men in womanface and been told they are female, so they clearly think it works.

The track star seen hitting her opponent in the head with a baton in a shocking incident has remarkably claimed it was an accident.

And why not? These days, when caught out, just tell the most outrageous lie!

The indoor track championships in Virginia were marred when Alaila Everett was seen striking Kaelen Tucker during the 4x200m relay event of the VSHL Class 3 State Indoor Championships. Tucker was running the second leg of the relay for Lynchburg's Brookville High School when she passed Everett of I.C. Norcom High School on the outside. Everett, who claimed she has since been on the receiving end of death threats and racial slurs, broke down in tears as she gave her version of events on the viral incident.

Ah, the modern way - when caught out and it’s impossible to deny what you did, make yourself the victim!

She told Wavy.com: 'Nobody is going to believe me because I can admit from the video it does look purposeful. But I know my intentions and I would never hit anybody on purpose.' She added: 'After a couple times of hitting her, my baton got stuck behind her back like this, and it rolled up her back. I lost my balance and, when I pumped my arms again, she got hit.'

She dindu nuffin’, right?

She added: 'Everybody has feelings, so you’re physically hurt, but you’re not thinking of my mental (health).'

Well, no, we're thinking of the assault victim with the fractured skull. We did, after all, see it happen.

I Don’t Have Any Thinking To Do, Gaby…

Mainly because, under other circumstances, the police would undoubtedly be hunting him for the murder of another identikit black kiddy-thug. Except they struck first.
Kelyan was a caring boy, according to his mother, and his teachers called him “funny, kind and ambitious”. But he was not an angel. An aspiring drill rapper, he had been expelled from school, spent time in care, and lately got into trouble with the law. He was on the way to meet his social worker when he died and, according to the BBC, was due in court shortly himself on charges of carrying a machete.

QED.

His mother used a word we have heard a lot over the past few days to describe what had gone wrong for him. He had, she said, been groomed. That adult criminal gangs are using increasingly sophisticated tactics to recruit schoolchildren should not be news to anyone.

They aren't forcing them to make TikTok drill rap videos as well, are they Gaby?

Boys such as this, Longfield has argued, aren’t freely choosing a life of crime any more than 13-year-olds in Rochdale were choosing (as some police officers wrongly concluded two decades ago) to become sex workers, and in both cases what they need is swift protection from predatory adults.

The children of Rotherham and Oldham didn't get that, yet they killed nobody, they haven't recorded rap songs about killing their tormentors, have they? So I'll pass on any further taxpayer-funded efforts to stop these street rats from killing each other.

Now the home secretary, Yvette Cooper, is leading a cross-government “young futures” unit designed to bring together the threads of everything that is happening in young people’s lives, from a mental health crisis that may be aggravating offending rates to the loss of specialist youth services. (One recent analysis from the Institute for Fiscal Studies calculated that teenagers in neighbourhoods where all the youth clubs in walking distance had closed – as 30% of youth clubs in London did between 2010 and 2019, thanks mostly to budget cuts – were 14% more likely than their peers to have a criminal conviction.)

Ah, the magical qualities of youth clubs. No, don't quibble, just pay up, taxpayer, and England will be a better place again...

The Changing Definition Of 'Vulnerable'...

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder in relation to the death of a "vulnerable" man whose home was allegedly attacked with fireworks.
Robert Price, 76, died from inhalation of fumes, and burns, following a fire at a house in Dagenham, in east London, at around 5.40pm on 27 July.

This isn't the first such case. Of course, despite the victim being deemed 'vulnerable', the justice system goes all out to protect the perpetrators.

He is the second youth charged in connection with Mr Price's death. Neither of them can be named for legal reasons. A 17-year-old appeared at the Old Bailey on Friday, also charged with murder and arson with intent to endanger life.

Hopefully if convicted, they will be named.

The 17-year-old defendant was not accused of throwing a firework himself during the alleged attack but the prosecution claimed he was part of the group.

Another 'joint enterprise' case that the 'Guardian' will no doubt claim is unjust.

The Met's Detective Chief Inspector Phil Clarke, the senior investigating officer on the case, said: "I would like to reassure the community that while the investigation remains ongoing, police are not seeking to identify any further people in connection with the fatal fire on Oval Road North.
"I also ask that the privacy of Mr Price's family is respected."

Do you ever check that the community feels reassured? Or do you just make a meaningless statement because it's excpected of you..?

It's Going To Help With More Than Just That, Judge...

CCTV footage shows killer Bardia Shojaeifard dressed in school uniform going after teenager Alfie Lewis before stabbing him to death in broad daylight. The murderer, who was 14 at the time, is thought to have kept the six-inch blade hidden on him as he went about his outday, preparing to seek out his victim at home time.

And now will never see the light of day and be free to walk the streets for the rest of his natural...?

Shojaeifard, who is now 15, was today handed a life sentence, with a minimum term of 13 years before being considered for release.

*sighs*

The murderer, who is of Iranian heritage and was described in court as 'outwardly normal', can be identified for the first time today after judge Mr Justice Cotter at Leeds Crown Court lifted reporting restrictions. He said naming him would help in the 'vitally important debate about the scourge of knife crime, among young people in particular'.

It'll also help in showing the handful of people in the UK who still believe the UK justice system is worth a bucket of cold spit how wrong they are.

The teen denied murder, claiming he feared for his life when he pulled out the weapon, which police said had a black-painted handle. He was found guilty by a jury after a trial in April.

If I 'feared for my life', I'm pretty sure I'd avoid the threat, not stalk it. The jury clearly agreed.

Lifting the restrictions which previously banned Shojaeifard from being identified because of his age, he said: 'The question has to be asked, how it can be that it has come to this? 'If a seemingly normal 14-year-old boy takes a knife and uses it against a boy of the same school year, how bad must things have become?'

Good question, judge, and an even better question would have been 'And how has the lax sentencing from me and my fellow members of the judiciary contributed to that?'...

'Without your interest in knives Alfie would be here today.'

Without mass immigration from every Third World shithole, Alfie would be here today too.

'Lawyers for the three defendants said none were likely to find themselves back before a court.'

Yeah, well, we'll see...

Speaking following the sentencing, DCI Collette O'Keefe from the Warwickshire Police Major Investigation Unit said: 'The level of violence shown by these offenders was truly shocking and Mr Hackett must have been terrified throughout.
'These three young people may not have intended to kill Mr Hackett but that is ultimately what happened, and like Mr Hackett's family, they will live with the consequences of their actions for the rest of their lives.'

Yeah, see that's the problem. They do get to live. And with the most pathetic of sentences.

The judge sentenced the girl to an 18 month detention and training (D&T) order and gave the boys two year D&T orders. The first half of the sentence will see the youths held in secure accommodation, before they are released under supervision in the community. All three admitted manslaughter at a hearing in January.

This country is broken beyond all repair, isn't it?

Stop Calling Them 'Activists'...

...and call them what they are: criminal supporters.
The Florida teacher filmed being beaten senseless by a 270 pound student last year has refused to support a lighter sentence for the teen. Matanzas High School's Joan Naydich, 58, made the declaration Friday, as activists continue to fight for lesser sentence for the autistic high schooler, 18-year-old Brendan Depa.

I don't know how anyone who watched that footage could want a lesser sentence...

The footage quickly upset much of the nation, and is set to be used as evidence this month when Depa stands trial. He will be tried as an adult, with punishments ranging from probation to 30 years of jailtime.

But the usual suspects are determined that his behaviour should be excused on the grounds he's not mentally competent. Which seems to be a factor for the adults in his life, too...

Since the attack, Leanne Depa has fiercely maintained her son's actions were not his own fault, but the school district's - since his Individualized Education Plan (IEP) specifically stipulated he shouldn’t have had an electronic device at the time. That's because the youngster would likely rage if such an item were taken away - a forecast that unfortunately came to fruition this past February 21.

So the item was taken away. How can he not have an item and yet have it at the same time? It's not Schrödinger's Nintendo Switch!

Why is the mother a lily-white willowy American, and the teen in question a hulking black boy, anyway?

She adopted Depa when he was just six months old, though only started giving him medication a few years ago - after several manic outbursts.

Ah...

But his condition only worsened with the new substances, she said, telling the Post that the-then 14-year-old's behavior quickly became a nightmare.' This led Leanne to place him in an autism hospital in South Carolina in late 2019, where he was was ultimately discharged roughly a year later.
However, citing the teen's unpredictable behavior, Depa said she was hesitant to bring him back into her home, due to her husband having serious heart issues at the time, leaving him at particular risk if the teen ever snapped. That led her to drop him off a Palm Coast group home in November 2020, where he remained for more than a year until the home elected to send Depa to a traditional public high school.

So everyone in this case is 'not responsible' for what happened. Strange, because to me, the only person truly not responsible for what happened is the victim.

Maybe Neutering And Muzzling The Owners Would Be A Good Next Step...

A suspected XL Bully breeder who gave a vet a 'punishment beating' at his surgery for failing to save the dog's life has been jailed.
Arbaz Hamza Hamid, 24, (Ed: Eh..?) punched Stephen Stead so hard he was left with a bloody nose and his glasses left an imprint in his skin.

The animal - the four legged one - was imported from the States. For breeding.

York Crown Court was told Hamid and four others arrived at Stead's surgery in two cars at around 4.15pm on January 16. Hamid's barrister Rachel Webster said the dog was ill and needed two-hourly injections and around the clock care from the five joint owners.

Not really able to claim the beast was a 'family pet', though it didn't stop her.

Hamid, of Rotherham, South Yorks,. previously pleaded guilty to causing actual bodily harm and was jailed for seven months.

At least he'll see jail time.

Those 'Benefits Of Diversity' Again, Eh?

A teenage groom was among five people injured after a car ploughed into a crowd as his wedding celebration turned into a 'bloodbath', leaving a 'Good Samaritan' neighbour who tried desperately to help the wounded dead, MailOnline can reveal.
Newly wed Hasan Khan, 19, suffered stab wounds and his father Riasat Khan, 42, received head injuries, his mother said today.

Lovely. It's usually traveller weddings that end like this.

A visibly shocked Mrs Khan, speaking to MailOnline, said: 'I am the groom's mother. He was hurt and so was my husband.
'We don't know why. We are a good family. It started as a happy day but things got out of hand.'

Ya think!?!

She declined to discuss the bride or her family or the events leading up to the horror as a female police officer inside her house advised her not to talk about the devastating events.

Can't silence everyone, WPC...

Among tributes placed beside a smashed street sign where the horror had occurred was one one saying: 'Chris taken from us to soon by a mob of savages'.

I bet the police have removed that one by now.

Even The Usual Anti-Death Penalty Advocates...

...couldn't really argue this wasn't a suitable case, could they?

Mr Hollywood was convicted of murder alongside Mr Williams, aged 28, of Horne Way, Birmingham. Mr Coates, 18, of Sydney Way, Shard End, was cleared of murder but found guilty of manslaughter. Mr Williams-Reid, 18, of Orchard Meadow Walk, Castle Vale, was cleared of murder and manslaughter. All four were found guilty of conspiracy to murder Mr Ward's son.

It's on CCTV, it's utterly savage and these are dangerous men who showed no fear of consequences.

Sentencing is due to take place in January next year.

Even if it's 'life', it's not severe enough.

What's England Coming To..?

A young boy has died and a second child has been arrested following an 'altercation' in a street in Kent. Officers were called to Singlewell Road in Gravesend at around 5.45pm on Wednesday August 30 following reports of concern for a child's welfare.
A boy was subsequently taken to hospital, where he later died, and his next of kin have been made aware. Following initial enquiries police have arrested another child - and say both are under the age of 12, according to KentOnline.
Police say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident, suggesting it was isolated.

There are no words...

Security..? More Like 'Insecurity'!

Another day, another tale of urban savagery. Expected urban savagery, at that...
Prosecutor Nicholas Corsellis, KC, earlier told the jury: 'The occasion was an 18th birthday party being held for a young lady. It was a large event with many people expected to be in attendance. Given the numbers, security measures had been put in place to minimise possible disturbance.'

Imagine needing that for a birthday party?

'There were security personnel searching attendees upon entry, a guest list, and guests were issued with wristbands. Shea Gordon was on the guest list as was Dainnan Witter Cameron. The young lady knew Giovanni Addae-Johnson but had not invited him to the party.
'Neither Kavain Vaughans or Abdul Yaro had been invited as she did not know either of them.'

So much for 'security'...why were they allowed in, then?

Question Answered...

A 5-year-old Indiana boy who shot his baby brother dead was high on cocaine at the time — while the dead toddler had marijuana in his system, according to prosecutors.

Good grief, what sort of parents would...

The shocking revelation came as neglect and drug charges were unsealed Tuesday against the boys’ parents, Deonta Jermaine Johnson, 27, and Shatia Tiara Welch, 24.

Oh. Never mind.

Not Really, Marc, No...

Det Supt Marc Bowes, of West Yorkshire police, who led the investigation, said it was a crime that had shocked people across the UK.
Hardly. We're getting used to it by now. This is merely the latest.
“It will be hard for many of us to comprehend how what appears to have been a relatively low-level dispute has resulted in these males stabbing a fellow student to death at the end of an otherwise ordinary school day.”
Who are you kidding? Look at 'these males':

The only real surprise is it wasn't London...

We Can Add Up If You Can't, Collette...

Warwickshire Police Detective Inspector Collette O'Keefe said: 'Enquiries are ongoing and residents can expect to continue to see an increased police presence in the area (Ed: too little, too late, as always...).
'I would like to take this chance to reiterate that we believe this was an isolated incident and there is no risk to the wider public.'
Describing the video, filmed on a mobile phone by one of the eight-strong crowd, the young mother said: 'Two lads kept punching and kicking him. One had taken him down in a 'choke slam' and kept his arm round his neck as he was lying on the ground. The other one was punching him in the head and kicking him in the side.
Two boys and a girl have all been arrested on suspicion of murder.

...and that leaves five of these savages unaccounted for, doesn't it? And under joint enterprise they are all equally guilty.

Warm Up A Seat On The Rwanda Flight, Suella!

A man who murdered a motorcyclist in front of his victim's girlfriend by stabbing him in the chest as he took part in a music video shoot has been granted a reduction in the minimum time he must spend in jail before being considered for release.
Yes, it's this infamous case.
Brandon McNeil, 20, was handed a life sentence with a minimum of 24 years after admitting murdering Shane Jerome, 23, in Brixton, south London, in July 2021. Three appeal judges have now reduced that minimum term to 20 years and 247 days.

And...why?

Barrister Rajiv Menon KC, who represented McNeil, argued that Judge Munro had not given enough weight to mitigating factors, including McNeil's age and the fact that he had been the victim of human trafficking.

Well, we know how to deal with this, then, don't we?

'Shocking'..? Not Really...

A group of male strangers are then seen trying to calm the situation before it exploded into violence.
One of the girls said: 'Would never normally do this but the kind of stuff bouncers get away with is honestly disgusting.
'This was after my friend had been told to leave because she was eating some chips in the queue and we said can she stand to the side instead of outside on her own at night.'

Once again, youths demanding that the rules shouldn't apply to them and being met - probably for the first time ever - with a firm 'No'.

No one was injured in the incident, which has caused outrage on social media.

*yawns*

But why would youths be met with immediate overwhelming force anyway? C'mon Julia, surely there's no good reason for th..

Ah.

Jay Byrne, Joseph Byrne and the unnamed teen beat Christopher Molloy to death in an early hours 'gang attack' in the Bootle area of Merseyside last July. The 55-year-old had been accused of 'touching' the boy's girlfriend, before being chased by the Byrnes and their co-defendant through the Strand Shopping Centre.

And they displayed all the modern attitude we've come to expect right throughout the trial.

Judge Neil Flewitt threatened to throw the Byrne brothers out of court after they were seen laughing and grinning during his sentencing remarks.
He said: 'The pair of them are finding this amusing. I am not finding it amusing.' This sparked a foul-mouthed rant from Joseph Byrne, who said 'He is chatting s**the, he's just chatting s**t. He knows he's chatting s**t', the Liverpool Echo reports.

That's why the bouncers don't take any chances. Would you?

Why No Charge Of Racially Aggravated Assault?

The court heard that Taj, of Hyrst Garth, Batley, and Hussain, of Dark Lane, Batley, pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent after their case was listed for trial in December last year.
Prosecutor Adam Walker said the victim and his friend were walking the dogs when one of the animals sniffed at another man. He subjected the pair to racist abuse before summoning the occupants of the Audi. The car followed the dog walkers and four young men got out. Hussain was the driver and others were armed with metal bars and lump hammers, the court heard.

So it was a targeted attack. Shouldn't that carry a heavy penalty? Heavier than 6 years? Maybe the mitigation was amazing?

Simon Hustler (Ed: Ooh, nominative determinism!), solicitor advocate for both defendants, conceded that it was a joint enterprise attack but that they were ‘at the back of the charge.’

So they were slower than the others. So what?

Hussain said he made a terrible decision to get involved while Taj described the incident as ‘incredibly stupid.’ Mr Hustler said the men were not racists and neither had been assessed by the probation service as being at a high level of reoffending.

What a shocker! Who on earth ever gets labelled as 'high risk of offending' by those clowns?

The recorder conceded that the defendants now accepted their actions were stupid and had expressed remorse. He ordered forfeiture of Hussain’s Audi and the forfeiture and destruction of the weapons used in the attack.

And the racial abuse? They get off scot free for that?

Now, That's A Community!

Omar Awada, 47, said: “He tried to run away but the local guys managed to catch him and they beat him until the police came.
“It was like Tom And Jerry, they were on him right and left, the guys”, Mr Awada said.

A shoplifter? A phone thief?

One man, said to have knocked the alleged attacker down with a bicycle, was described as a “hero” by a witness. The witness, who did not want to be identified, said: “We heard screaming, we came out, the guy had a knife, he was stabbing the woman repeatedly, maybe five or six times.
“They used anything in their hands to stop him.
“When people chased him he tried to escape and scare people with the knife, but we had one hero who put him down on the ground. He hit him with his bike.”

Good going! Finally, people are realising that 'leave it to the police' isn't a viable strategy anymore.
