Oh Yes It Did!

A teenage girl has withdrawn claims that she was the victim of a sex attack near one of York’s nightclubs.

Police launched a detailed investigation into a "serious sexual assault" in or near the Reflex bar in George Hudson Street on Sunday October 30.

The girl has now told North Yorkshire Police that the attack did not happen.

A police spokesman said: “The alleged victim in the case has now withdrawn the allegations and following extensive enquiries, investigating officers from York CID are satisfied that a criminal offence did not take place.”
Surely making a false report (of anything, not just rape) is a criminal offence?

Alleged victim? Self confessed liar, surely?

She should, at the very least be prosecuted for wasting police time ..

And if she named or pointed out suspects in this fabrication .. they ought to sue her for all they can get ..

I know I would ..

A fast growing problem results from the daily appearance of false rape claims.

Deranged women who cry 'Wolf' cannot appreciate consequences for themselves and others.

"Alleged victim? Self confessed liar, surely?"

Indeed. But, as the link KevinWard76 adds below shows, the police are apt to consider them 'victims' even when proven liars!

"She should, at the very least be prosecuted for wasting police time .."

Yup, but it seems the new policy is to pat them on the head and get them help!

"Deranged women who cry 'Wolf' cannot appreciate consequences for themselves and others."

Well, there are no consequences for them, it seems. As for others, why should they care? Morality? They clearly lack it.

"Oh… "

Oh, FFS!! "...and what the girl herself needs is support, which we and other agencies will continue to provide."

I know what she needs... :/

But women are part of the special victim class who can do no wrong.

Feminists will tell you that:
a) it really happened but she is covering up due to the shame and living in a male dominated world or
b) it is her way of telling the world she has been abused and her only way is to claim rape

Either way, she should not be held accountable and it is just a sad thing that an innocent man isn't in jail just to teach him a lesson.

This is the kind of justice system that feminists have fought for and got. Stalking is now being referred to as 'mental rape'. And there are lots of these crazy women in parliament, fills you with confidence doesn't it !!!!
