Can We UK Law Abiding Citizens Get One Of These Too?

More than 100 relatives of people who have died after contact with the police in the UK since 1971 have joined plans for a class action lawsuit in pursuit of compensation and justice. The plan for group legal action was announced at the People’s Tribunal on Police Killings, a two-day event in which bereaved families presented evidence to a panel of international experts on how their relatives died and the long-term impact this has had on them.

Great idea, can we, the law abiding section of society, take one of these out against all the BLM-type fakecharities and activists out there arguing that ethnic monoritires shouldn't be held accountable for their actions?

The findings and conclusions of the event will form the basis of a first-of-its-kind legal action directed at police officers, police chiefs and government departments involved in the deaths. Activist and film-maker Ken Fero, who is helping to lead the action, said: “I think it’s quite revolutionary what we’re trying to do. There has never been a class action of this kind done in the UK before, there hasn’t been a call-up like this one before.

Ken Fero, as expected, is whiter than I am...

Samantha Patterson, whose brother Jason McPherson died in 2007 after being stopped and searched by police, said: “We’ve explored all avenues. We’ve done campaigns. We’ve written letters. We’ve met with prime ministers, Home Office secretaries, everybody that you would think. Something needs to change.

Indeed! Families whose family member has concealed drugs from a police search then swallowed them while in custody shouldn't be able to whinge and whine that the inevitable death from such action is somehow the fault of the police.

The tribunal was organised by a collective of campaign groups, including United Families and Friends Campaign, Migrant Media and 4WardEverUK, with the aim of “exposing the extent of the injustice” and placing it on the international stage. It also aimed to highlight the disproportionate impact of police killings on black people, and key themes explored included torture, terror, state cover-ups and black resistance.

'Resistance' to what, exactly?

What Have You Got To Hide, Then?

A Black Lives Matter group in south Wales has closed down after revelations that a covert police unit attempted to recruit one of its members to be an informant.
Lowri Davies, one of the group’s main organisers, exposed a covert police operation to persuade her to become an informant last year by secretly recording the approach. It was the first public evidence that the police have sought to enlist a mole within the Black Lives Matter movement in the UK.

Good! The police are (for once) doing the job we pay them to do...

On Tuesday, Davies said the attempt by South Wales police to recruit her had had “a massive impact” on the group, leading to members drifting away. She said supporters were too scared to join, adding: “It felt like we were fighting against the odds.”

Oh dear, how many members did you have, then?

The group, which had about seven core members and hundreds of supporters online...

Ah. Well, somewhere a phone box is now vacant for some other fringe group's regular meetings...

"I Don't Understand Why The Crocodile Is Eating Us..."

"...didn't we feed him?"

Formula One bosses are 'apoplectic' with Lewis Hamilton for accusing the sport of putting money ahead of all else in the farce of the rain-sabotaged Belgian Grand Prix.
The seven-time world champion accused the sport that has made him a fortune worth more than £250million of greed by staging a ludicrous 'race' of just two laps behind the safety car on Sunday.
He said the 75,000 fans who were drenched to the bone should be refunded their ticket price, worth between £107 and £505.

And much as it galls me to say it...he's right.

One source told Sportsmail: 'There is absolute fury internally at the naivety of Lewis's comments. He talks about handing back millions of pounds to fans, though he makes millions out of Formula One, and it guarantees his team's job, and he gives little or nothing back himself.
'He could have expressed his opinions privately rather than in the way he did, which makes no sense.'

Did you suggest the same when he was parading his support for a Marxist black supremacist organisation

No?

Well, then...

You Can't Reason With Activists...

Priti Patel will today renew her backing for...

Increased efforts to repel invaders to our shores?

Pshaw! Of course not! It just doesn't seem a priority...

...footage from police body-worn cameras to be shared more frequently – to combat 'trial by social media'.

*blinks*

Speaking at the Police Federation annual conference, the Home Secretary will back its call for the clips to be published more regularly by forces.
The federation, which represents 120,000 officers in England and Wales, says it will combat false accusations of heavy-handedness or prejudice.

Will it? No. When you're dealing with people like this, they will make their claims regardless. They don't care, because they are preaching to the converted.

"...nobody who was at that party has come forward to give us a statement or any further information."

Gosh! I thought black lives mattered?
Ms Johnson's mother Ellet Dalling, appealed for more witnesses yesterday: 'What has happened to Sasha has left us devastated. She is currently fighting for her life in hospital with two children asking where their mummy is, what do I tell them? Someone must have information to what happened and to come forward.
'Sasha is passionate about standing up for others, please come forward and stand up for Sasha. Come forward to help us, I know it is not always easy but imagine if it was your daughter or the mother of your children. I believe there are people out there that can help.'
If she survives, maybe she'll reconsider her priorities...

Aren't there a lot of chickens coming home to roost lately, though?

How'd You Like Them Chickens, Eh..?

When they come home to roost...

Trinity Ottoson-Smith was playing in the backyard of her Minneapolis neighborhood May 15 when she was struck by a stray bullet. The nine-years-old was caught in the crossfire of a shoot-out as gun-toting thugs drove along the alleyway behind her friend's house in this pretty neighborhood. She died last Thursday.
Trinity was the second child to be shot in Minneapolis in three weeks. Six-year-old Aniya Allen was shot May 17 and died the following day. She took a bullet to the head as she ate McDonald's in her mother's car.
Ten-year-old LaDavionne Garrett Jr. was shot in the head while sitting in his parents' car April 30.

Well, at least they weren't accidentally killed by a white policeman. But then again, they were probably too young to have racked up Floyd's impressive criminal record...

There have been 36 homicides so far this year, more than double the number at this point last year and more than four times that seen in 2019.
Car-jackings are up a staggering 222 per cent. Shootings have risen 153 per cent. Eighty per cent of the victims are black.

Are we all expected to be sorry that you got what you demanded? Because, frankly, I'm not.

Local activist Marcus X, one of the organizers, told DailyMail.com, 'This is what's known as the Derek Chauvin effect.'
'There's shootings every single day and the summer hasn't even started. All the police have PTSD, they've left, you don't see police patrolling here. I know it and the gangs know it,' he said. 'I could shoot someone right now and walk five blocks home before the police would even come.'
'The police have left and it's unleashed the gangs.'

Damn, I need a bigger one!

Derek Chauvin Is Already Yesterday's Chip Paper...

...or whatever the US equivalent is:

Oh no! What could the police possibly have seen when they responded that meant this happened?

Well, luckily, their bodycam footage shows us:

It's that 'sweet, innocent 15 year old' with a whopping knife and about to kill another (black) person. What, seriously, are the police expected to do?

How about instead of protesting the police actions these people act like people, instead of like animals?

What's The Gaelic For 'Take A Knee, Coppers'..?

First, the lies:

Then, the extortion.

The race-baiting parasites begin making the narrative:

Finally, the truth:

Looking at this video of the scene, I'm astounded they even tried less-lethal alternatives (pepper spray and Taser) before dropping him like the rabid animal he was.

"That's not a knife..."

"...oh, wait, it's 30 of them, actually."

At 17:35hrs on Thursday, 10 December, officers were on proactive patrol in the N5 area when they noticed a suspicious male stood on a wall handing several boxes up to another male through a window.
The 16-year-old was searched under section 1 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act and inside the box they found 15 hunting knives. He was arrested for possession of an offensive weapon and taken into police custody where he remains.
Officers then went inside the property he was passing the boxes into and found a further 15 hunting knives in boxes. The 15-year-old male inside the property also had a lock knife in his trousers. He was arrested for possession of an offensive weapon and remains in police custody.

But it's vital that stop and search must be discontinued, right, progressives?

Stereotypes Exist For A Reason...

Scarlett, who is considering taking legal action following her dismissal, said: “I can only assume I got racially stereotyped as being the angry person in this situation even though I was the victim of something. I also got told by colleagues my manager said I got fired for being divisive when actually I got along with the vast majority of people.”

Just 'the vast majority', eh? What about the others?

...a number of colleagues complained and claimed they felt pressured into expressing support for BLM by Scarlett.

Ah.

She had burst into tears and fallen to the floor and, when the manager came to ask what was going on, Scarlett said she did not want to speak to her.

Because that works, right? HR always recommend hysterics during discipline interviews...

Scarlett was among 50 young black Britons interviewed by the Guardian following anti-racism protests this summer.

Well, let's take a look at what she had to say then, shall we?

I was always quite angry at school. I always felt anxious and didn’t feel like I belonged. That’s not only to do with race but also my queerness as well.

You really couldn't make it up, could you?

About Time The Police Bared Their Teeth...

Ken Hinds has launched a legal challenge against the Metropolitan police after the force told him he was not qualified to call a demonstration under coronavirus health protection regulations because he was not “a business, a charitable, benevolent or philanthropic institution, a public body, or a political body. What this means is that you are encouraging anyone attending to commit an offence contrary to [Health Protection] regulations 5 and 8,” said a trainee commander in an email to Hinds last Thursday.

So what was his planned demo about? Well, you'll never guess...

Hinds is one of a number of campaigners who had called for people to gather in Notting Hill on Sunday, the first day of the west London district’s eponymous carnival, which is cancelled this year.
“It is to tackle systemic racism – institutional racism – and it’s simply to address that, because all too often we are having inquiries and commissions that are saying the same thing but are seldom followed through … there is no change,” Hinds said.
“But what we are trying to say here is that this time it’s different. For the first time we’ve got a significant amount of white people supporting a black cause and joining up and calling for change. That’s a beautiful spirit.”

But the sort of white people that are supporting this wretched 'cause' aren't really saying anything the vast majority feel like listening to either, Ken ol' chum.

Update: Predictably, when faced with opposition from activist lawyers, the Met promptly folded like a pack of cards. And so any violence their rank and file officers will now face will be on them.
