Who censors comments? Not MML, as far as I'm aware?
Joolz, I went to post on MML's blog and it told me it would only be posted after 'approval'.
Just checked, my comment (linked article) hasn't yet passed the Imprimatur.
SBC, many times things like that are left running to act as a spam filter and not as censorship.

I posted and MML does indeed pre-approve
