Why Do We Call Them 'Teachers' When They Can't Learn Anything Themselves?

Two teachers who branded their pupils 'thick and inbred' on Facebook have been arrested on suspicion of harassing a former colleague.

Former head Debbie Johnson, 48, and teacher Nyanza Roberts, 25, were forced to quit their jobs at Westcott Primary School in Hull after their online outbursts were discovered.

Now they're facing criminal charges over claims they sent a threatening letter to a classroom assistant at the school.
Yes, it's them again. I guess going 'old style' didn't prove the magic bullet they'd hoped.

Particularly since the assistant claims the letter was hand-delivered...

Pity those of us still struggling to exercise the profession with integrity in the face of headlong dumbing-down and what a Times columnist this week called 'toxic ideology; I shudder to think what will happen when we finally give up the unequal struggle.
